Victoria's Secret

I arrived before closing time to make a payment. I was not allowed to make the payment because they close before the closing time. I justed moved to a new apartment complex 40 minutes south of this town. I was running errands all day. My card was mailed to an old address. I was not able to log onto the website. I only have cash. All the females at the store were sympathetic and wanted to assist but the male in the back said No. He couldn't even look me in the face and explain. He stayed in the back. I'm sure he was probably using the register to check out the last remaining customers. My previous and only other experience at this location was the fitting woman forgetting about me while I tried to find my size. I hadn't bought a real bra in 10 years since ending nursing. This place is a joke. Nothing like the locations in Vegas and Northern California.

1st time ever going to a Victoria's secret, and they never bothered to help me. They directed me to a place to get measured, never bothered to return. They tossed a bra over the door, didn't explain how it should confirm my measurements. Never told me if, when, or how to get more help. I pressed a button to ask someone to come as I had the bra on, didn't feel comfortable to leave the changing area, and no one came. After 5 minutes I took it off and left. Ridiculous treatment as I told them it was my first time.

The service was exceptional with Shelly & Myra. Shelly did an outstanding job doing measurements and both were very attentive, patient, helpful and their product knowledge was very refreshing & needed. Women like this make shopping for lingerie, bras and intimates very easy. The store itself was very clean and so were the changing rooms. The ladies at the registers were helpful and stayed a few moments past her scheduled time to finish my sale, to go the extra mile. That says a lot in an era of "get em in, get em out" business standards. Keep up the great work!

I visited the store after seeing leggings on sale online. In-store, I was told by an employee the price should match but at checkout the original price rang up and the store was unable to honor the online price . While I understand this, it was disappointing—especially since I shop at Victoria’s Secret often and there were only two pairs left in the sizes I needed for myself and my daughter. I was advised to place the order online, but that was frustrating given the risk that the items could be purchased by someone else. I then spoke with an employee named Esperanza, who truly went above and beyond. She took the time to understand my situation, offered to keep an eye on the online order once i place it, and hold the leggings so they wouldn’t be taken. Her effort and excellent customer service made a big difference and is the reason I will continue shopping at this location. I would rate this experience four stars due to the pricing policy ,I do feel the store should reconsider its price match policy. If a customer brings up an online price while shopping in store, it should be honored. A small difference may not be as impactful, but in this case the price difference was over $50, which felt unfair and disappointing but Esperanza’s service was outstanding and deservesbeing recognized.

I can't believe this is a real VS! It's like some nasty knock off store in a third world country. Who's the district manager and why have they allowed the store manager to let this place turn into this? I would never buy anything from this location as I'm sure you'd get surprise guests with your clothing.

It was great, my girlfriend found everything she wanted even the day after black friday. Service was excellent 👌.

My 2 friends and I came into Victoria's Secret to spend her $10 off, it was around 5:45 on a Sunday. We know we came into the store close to closing time (mall closes at 6 on Sundays), but we still had plenty of time to shop around and check out. A rude lady with tattoos named Shay rudely told us, "We close in 5 minutes." My friend and I looked at each other, confused because we still had more time. She then proceeds to tell everyone else in the store that they close in 15 minutes. She also walks near us the whole time we continue to shop, giving us dirty looks and side-eyeing us. The two nice young ladies, Elena and Katia, helped us identify and apologized for her behavior. I would like to note that we were NOT bothering anyone or her and simply just shopping around. You shouldn’t make anyone feel bothered for coming into the store. If you hate your job that much, quit.
