LA Mattress Stores Koreatown

I had a great experience buying my mattress here. Geoff was incredibly helpful and made the whole process really comfortable and stress-free. He let me take my time trying different mattresses without any pressure, showed me the options that could be delivered within my timeline, and even helped arrange the delivery date perfectly for me. I’m still pretty new to Los Angeles, and he also gave me a lot of helpful tips about living here, which I really appreciated. It honestly made the experience feel much more welcoming and personal. Thank you again, Geoff, for being so kind and helpful. If I ever need another mattress or furniture in the future, I would definitely come back here again!

Just got a new mattress working with Jeff and had a great experience getting mine delivered next day!!

Geoff was very personable and super helpful. Helped us buy our first mattress and when it did not fit our needs he was even more helpful exchanging and getting us the mattress that we needed. He was able to work within our budget and found us multiple mattresses in our price point. Thank you Geoff! Will definitely recommend LA mattress on western and send all our friends to Geoff!

Mattress shopping can be overwhelming, but Brandon made the experience so much easier. He was patient, knowledgeable, and never once felt pushy. His calm demeanor helped us feel comfortable and confident in our decision. We're very happy we found our mattress thanks to him!

Had a great time shopping for mattresses here. The manager helped me out the whole time, explaining what each mattress offered and what would be best for me given my scoliosis. He even stuck to mattresses within my price range. Awesome experience, highly recommend

Hands down one of the best purchasing experiences I’ve ever had. Moving to a new place for the first time in years and it was our first time buying a real (not Costco box) mattress. Went to so many different stores, tried more mattresses than i ever thought i would and after visiting this location on Saturday, we ended up coming back two days later because we knew the one we loved was here. Geoff is the absolute man. S-tier customer service, beyond kind, walked us through so many brands, and even taught us a ton about mattress tech, brands, and more. We ended up getting a Diamond Tranquility firm and we cannot wait for it to arrive next week. I don’t write too many reviews on Google but when i do, i seriously mean it! Thank you so much, Geoff! My girlfriend and i are incredibly thrilled and we can’t wait to get a good night’s rest

Had a great experience with Carlos! He was super friendly, patient, and really knew his stuff. He let us try as many mattresses as we needed and helped us find the one that felt just right, no pressure at all. He also gave us a great price, which we really appreciated. Thanks so much, Carlos! Highly recommend asking for him if you’re shopping here😊
