I just wanted to take a moment to thank the entire team for the incredible service I received during my visit to la fragancia. From the warm welcome at the door to the thoughtful guidance I got while choosing a fragrance every single person I interacted with was kind, patient, and truly passionate about what they do. What stood out the most was how la fragancia team works together. No one was pushy or rushed, instead everyone took the time to listen and answer my questions, they make sure I felt comfortable i could tell how much they care about helping the customers find something special and that level of service is so rare these days. The perfume I ended up with baccarat rouge 540 has become my absolute favorite I wear it every day and received so many complements every time. But beyond the amazing product it’s the experienced your team create that I keep telling my friends and family about. Thank you to each of you to making me feel so valued that way you guys tread people turns shopping into something memorable you’ve definitely gained loyal customer and I can’t wait to came back soon to see you all again.
