I placed a large lamination order and they did an excellent job. It was finished within 24 hours, and that was on the weekend. Originally I went to the one on West Shaw and I did not get good service there. Some girl working there said she wasn't going to do it and referred me to the Blackstone store. Good save Blackstone store

I came to pick up my poster board after getting a email saying it was ready. I asked the printer lady and she said it wasn't ready yet and she still had to mount it on the board. The whole process took about an hour from waiting in line to getting the board in my hand. Since this took longer then expected I had to rush to my next location so I didn't even have time to confirm if the print was good or not. I pulled it out the next morning to realize that only half of the poster had solid link, the bottom half the paint was faded and washed out to white. I guess the person who did the printing didn't care that only half the photo was only printed. For oblivious reason I cant share the photo of how it looks because it has sensitive company information.

Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Noah , he was so gracious and helpful and literally did me a solid with printing graduation programs last minute. For tomorrow!!!!! Because of a last minute error I discovered our marketing department made. Thank you so much, I’m so grateful. 🙌🏻❤️🥳 You have no clue how much this helped us!

Holy crap. The lady at printing is so rude. But the passive aggressive kind. She’s so irritated with customers, no patience 😬

First time I had used the printing service at this location. I was helped by Destiny who was doing an amazing job filtering out people who were just there for pick up. She was super clear and helpful getting everything I needed printed and let me know that the cutting process would be done after her lunch which I completely understood! When I came back some of the print was cut off so she reprinted it and got it to me. On top of it all I had my fussy daughter who she was super kind with and went the extra mile to talk to her. Really above and beyond for a busy day. Most people would have done the bare minimum but for the service Destiny gave, I'd come back! (Give her a raise!!)

I always visit Staples when I need to restock my office supplies, and this trip was no exception. I purchased ink cartridges and printer paper, and thanks to a sale and my Staples Rewards, I saved a good amount. The staff was helpful in making sure I got the right ink for my printer—they even checked the stockroom when my preferred brand wasn’t on the shelf. The variety and quality of office supplies at Staples are excellent, and their prices are competitive. Their customer service keeps me coming back every time I need supplies!
