I've always liked this store. It's pricey but I didn't mind because the women who worked there were so sweet and helpful! There's new staff now and they aren't very friendly. She did wrap the gift beautifully though, even though she didn't crack a smile while doing so lol

This little gift shop has a variety of home items and some Visalia specific decor and souvenirs for visitors. It’s a lot of stuff inside so you have to really look for what you want. There’s a bunch of jams, spices, marinades and hot sauces too.

Saw allot of reviews saying the ladies at the front don’t greet them because they’re colored. Recently visited with my mom who’s brown and we were greeted with a smile and a hello. One of them even offered to take out jewelry from the case so my mom could get a better look, and when my mom turned down the offer the lady just said to let her know if she changes her mind. Maybe we caught them on a good day but as they say you never know someone till you meet them.

They have a very cute selection of items, but it’s a very weird experience to be followed around the store and watched as if you are going to steal something. I won’t be returning and hope that others read the reviews and see that the customer service seems to be an ongoing issue.

Very cute place! It's unfortunate that I love all the stuff but if you are colored, they make it seem like your gonna be stealing something. They followed my friend around the store for just holding up an item to show me. I was also just browsing all the cute items until someone told us to leave for no reason. But overall, I like the items but the staff aren't as nice. I don't appreciate the lack of customer service as you will only be greeted with side eyes and judgement but the staff greeted the non-colored people with kindness and respect.

I’ve been to this beautifully aesthetic store more than a few times in the past and have never gotten a "hello welcome in" or "can we help you find something". It’s very disappointing and while I’m not quick to assume the worst, it’s hard not to after reading reviews from others. In the future I’ll spend my money and give recommendations to somewhere else that is more welcoming.

I love the concept of the store. It has a large assortment of cute/amusing gifts(kitchen supplies, kids toys, snacks). I've been there a few times, though, and felt like I was being watched and followed around. Seemed like they thought I would steal or break something. 1/2 star for service(1 lady was nice 1 time). 2 1/2 stars for products offered
