This property is amazing! The view is stunning, which we enjoyed daily watching the bay activity. We traveled with littles so the calmness and the less crowded bayside was perfect for them all to swim. Check in was easy and communication was great. Several restaurants and the grocery store were easily walkable. We will definitely stay her again!

Beautiful home! The ocean views and listening to the waves right outside were my favorite. We had everything we needed plus so much more. The hosts were amazing and responded to my texts quickly each time and they were always so friendly. To be honest we didn't want to leave. The owner was very professional. The condo had the most amenities I have ever seen at a rental property. The view was amazing and gave us a sense of relaxation and joy every time we looked out the windows. My wife, sons and I made some great memories and our friends were very impressed with the quality and location of the condo.

Great family house in a quiet neighborhood with convenient parking! Quick walk to the beach and main PB area. The outdoor space was lovely, inside was clean and well stocked, and the owner was extremely communicative. We liked it so much we are coming back later this year. Thanks for a great stay!

Deal Villa was the Best vacation home I have ever stayed in. My family of six adults and four children had a comfortable and fantastic time. The house is bright, spacious and upscale. The beds in the four adult bedrooms were plush. The kids loved the bunk beds and pull out in the fifth bedroom. The list of amenities was endless. Top deck with view of the bay, hot tub, grill, three spacious bathrooms with shower, balcony with comfortable chairs, two large couches, a well stocked kitchen with everything you could want, great WiFi, air conditioning, a garage and extra parking, beach chairs and boogie boards. The location was perfect. So close to mission bay and across the street to the ocean. The Belmont roller coaster and shops are an easy walk. We had no problems, but Coast Vacation Homes reached out to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. They were great. You should rent this place. We will return soon!

Our stay with Coast Vacation Homes on Mission Bay exceeded expectations from start to finish. We booked direct and saved a significant amount compared to other options which was a huge bonus. Communication throughout the entire process was top notch, fast, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The home in South Mission Beach was spotless and well maintained and matched exactly what was advertised. Everything felt organized and efficient while still carrying the charm and personal touch of a smaller local operation. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back.
