Titans Auto Detailing

I visited in mid March. My Lexus rx 2025 450+ was vandalized in SF and had white paint in various hard to reach places like the roof pillars and in between crevices in the roof trim. I was so upset because the white paint has started to set and the car had about 8,000 miles only (bought new). Steven performed an exterior detail but before he charged anything he got to work on the paint and used a couple of tricks to get the hard to clean paint out from under the trim. I was so relieved I did not need to file a comprehensive claim. Steven did a great job restoring the car to how it looked a year ago when I drove it off the lot. Today I returned for a basic wash and just made arrangements to return for an interior detail and to get a minor curb rash off one of the rims. I usually just hang out in the shop with Steven because he is so easy to be around and trust in the auto industry is notoriously hard to foster. Steven Ramirez is an honest and down to earth person and I'm glad to know him. My car wouldn't have it any other way. Thank you!

Made my car look brand new. Amazing job. Very accomidating. Will definitely be back.

Wow! Steven did such an amazing job. I would also like to mention that since my vehicle has PPF, Titans was the only place that accepted to detail my car! I had asked 4 other places and they all told me they were unable to service. I hadn’t cleaned my vehicle in 3 years. Took it to numerous road trips to LA, Las Vegas, Lake Tahoe, etc. Steven truly made this car feel brand new. I couldn’t believe it! WORTH EVERY PENNY.

I Had a great experience with the interior detailing here. They did an amazing job removing stubborn stains from the fabric parts of my seats—some had been there since before the pandemic and other places couldn’t get them out. The leather sections now feel soft, clean, and well-moisturized with proper leather care products, not harsh chemicals. Highly recommend!

I have been looking for shops to have my car detailed and Titan’s auto detailed fulfilled my expectations. Great service, accommodation, and gave me discounts as well. The owner Steven really worked for the schedule I wanted and easy to talk with. Now my car really looks brand new after 6 years again from the interior to exterior to engine. Thank you Steven!
