Was eyeing a Madone SL5 Gen 8 road bike for several months. But yesterday, when I finally bought it, had a great experience purchasing my very 1st Trek road bike. And Matt made the experience worthwhile. He really went above and beyond to help me get the bike and on my way out the door. Was having transaction issues with my card and still made an effort to wait for me after closing time. On a Saturday. So much respect to him as I left a very happy customer. That dude deserves a lot of credit for helping me out. Hoping the store manager sees this!! Matt delivered excellent customer service that day and sold me the very first Trek bike that I wanted. The very last one, in store, zero in stock online, and gave me a good deal on it. Couldn't be happier with my purchase.

What a great store, I needed a starter bike for my wife, we don’t know much about bikes, as we are just getting into it. I made several visits to the store before we bought the bike, I never felt pressured or like I was wasting their time, Danny is super helpful, he really wanted to be sure we were going to be happy with it, making sure we got the right size, color we wanted, took it for a test ride, he even offered to swap it out later if she was not happy with it. She loves the bike it’s a perfect fit, thanks to the employees at Trek Westlake we got the perfect starter bike and are very pleased with the service they provide. We will definitely be back, their service dept is awesome as well, I have an off brand bike that they have no problems servicing. Just an awesome store with kind people. Thanks Trek Westlake!!

Great repair and customer service. Tyler and the staff in bike service department took ownership of a troublesome wheel repair on my ebike. Found the issue and had the wheel ready to go, same day.

My wife wanted to start joining me on my bike rides, and since we recently moved from NorCal to LA, we didn’t bring our bikes with us. I currently ride an AMFLOW eMTB, and my wife wanted something of her own so she could join the fun. On Sunday, we stopped by Trek Westlake Village and were greeted by Danny. I explained what my wife was looking for and some of the bikes we had considered in the past. Danny was incredible from start to finish. His communication, professionalism, and overall knowledge were outstanding. He took the time to give us a detailed overview of the brand, the store, and our options, and made the entire experience feel easy and enjoyable. The store itself is beautiful, well-stocked, and had everything we needed. They had the bike my wife wanted, although it still needed to be assembled, and she also picked up some accessories and clothing for her new bike. Danny even offered to have the bike delivered, but I decided to purchase a Kuat rack, which they also carried and helped build out for me. By Monday afternoon, everything was ready, and my wife could not have been happier with her choice. On pickup day, I also met Paul, who assisted Danny, and he was a pleasure to work with as well. We were able to get in a light 10-mile ride, and they truly made my wife’s weekend. I can’t recommend Trek Westlake Village enough. Super professional staff, great products, lots of options, excellent service, and very honest and transparent throughout the entire process. Big thank you again to Danny and Paul for everything!
