Nice airport with wifi working till the rental car center. the air train blue line seamlessly connects the international terminal to the rental car center running continuously in a loop and its driverless. the lounges are nice. The incoming immigration had very long queue taking almost an hour to get to the officers, but the process itself was quick. The exit immigration was very smooth with just the face recognition.

Very clean and nicely appointed. Nice sanitizer stations all over as well as family rooms for diaper changes etc. TSA lines also moved very fast!

San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is one of the best airports I’ve traveled through. It truly has everything you need, whether you’re catching a quick flight or have a long layover. There are plenty of food options, comfortable lounge areas, and convenient transportation throughout the airport. I especially like that the parking garages and rental car center are all connected by the AirTrain, making it easy to get around without needing a shuttle. Since SFO is a major hub, you can find flights to just about anywhere, which makes traveling incredibly convenient. The airport is definitely on the larger side, so expect to do a fair amount of walking—but honestly, who doesn’t need a little extra workout while traveling? 😂 Overall, it’s a clean, well-organized airport with great amenities, and I always have a positive experience flying through SFO.

Fairly small compared to what I thought it was going to be. The USO was super clean and provided a wonderful positive atmosphere. The terminal layouts were very simple and streamlined. The bathroom hygiene could be better. Had several hours to burn so I walked the airport a lot and hit several bathrooms. Not much attention was paid to the urinals, several stalls and most of the paper towels dispensers were empty. The sinks did have hot water so thats an upside. The food choices are very plentiful indeed but damn everything is incredibly expensive. I understand its an airport nothing compared to those prices anywhere else I’ve been. Not DFW, ATL, Charlotte, Denver, Houston, Seattle, Salt Lake or even Anchorage. The food was expensive and even the amenities/convenience items were astronomical. $6.00 for a 12oz. can of Dr. Pepper…yikes! Much of the staff were polite and helpful. Perfect time of the year also, a nice foggy 68° day made it bearable. Thankfully where my gate was located, I got a nice view of a full moon as well. So San Francisco International Airport, definitely not the worst airport I’ve ever been to.

Due to local noise regulations, planes climb steeply and then quickly reduce engine power – it’s noticeable and slightly dramatic if you’re not expecting it. A small but memorable detail that sets SNA apart from larger airports like LAX. Airlines including Alaska, American, Delta, Southwest, and United operate here, making it a strong alternative for flights in and out of Orange County, Newport Beach, Irvine, and Laguna Beach. We also valet parked at a nearby hotel, and the shuttle dropped us off right on time, making the start of our trip seamless. Another thing I always notice is how clean this airport is. There always seems to be a cleaning crew keeping the restrooms and common areas spotless, and it really shows. If you’re flying in or out of Orange County, John Wayne Airport is hard to beat. Efficient, clean, friendly, and one of the least stressful airports to travel through.

I really enjoy this airport. It’s smaller, convenient and clean. The staff are mixed. Some kind while others rude. As this is a busy place all the time, your mentality needs to always be active. I understand that it isn’t easy dealing with different people and personalities all of the time, but please try to be kinder. Apart from this, I highly recommend John Wayne Airport.

John Wayne Airport was a very positive experience overall. It is small, organized and easy to navigate, making it far less stressful than many larger Southern California airports. The terminal layout is straightforward, the signage is clear, and everything feels relatively close together, so getting from check-in to security and then to the gate is simple and hassle-free. The airport was also clean, calm and well maintained without the overwhelming crowds and confusion you often experience at a major hub. My only real complaint was TSA. I found the screening process noticeably slower than at other airports of a similar size. The line itself was not necessarily enormous, but it moved slowly, so I would not assume that you can arrive at the last minute just because SNA is a smaller airport. During busy periods, the airport’s compact size may actually cause passengers to become concentrated around the checkpoints. One of the nicest surprises was hearing a live artist singing genuinely good music inside the terminal. It gave the airport personality and created a much more pleasant atmosphere while waiting for my flight. It was refreshing compared with the usual generic announcements and recorded background music found in most airports. The post-security dining options are respectable for an airport of this size. I ate at TAPS Fish House & Brewery, and it was solid. It offers a more elevated airport dining experience with seafood, sushi, steaks, burgers and local craft beer rather than only fast food and grab-and-go items. As expected, the prices are higher because it is inside an airport, but the food and atmosphere were good enough that I would return. Overall, John Wayne Airport is convenient, comfortable and refreshingly manageable. Its greatest strengths are its compact layout, cleanliness, organization, convenient Orange County location and relaxed atmosphere.

Having lived near Ontario Airport for over 40 years, it’s been amazing to watch its incredible growth! Compared to LAX and so many other major airports, getting in and out of ONT is an absolute breeze. Sure, you might occasionally pay a little extra or have a layover, but the sheer ease, convenience, and stress-free experience make it more than worth it. What a blessing it’s been to watch this airport thrive. Wishing the entire ONT management and staff all the best—keep up the great work!

Along with SNA, this is one of my preferred airport options whenever I visit the Los Angeles area. It allows you to avoid the heavy traffic of larger hubs, offering quick access to rental cars and significantly shorter TSA lines. Each terminal at ONT is decently sized and features lounges like Aspire. While lounge access is capped at three hours, it is still a far better experience than waiting by a crowded gate. The only downside can be the airport shuttle drivers; the service is highly inconsistent, ranging from incredibly friendly and welcoming to completely indifferent. Overall, the airport is in an excellent location, making it highly convenient whether you are visiting LA, OC, or heading up to the ski resorts during the season.

Ontario Airport was a very good experience for us. We flew fron Ontario to Seattle and it was a stress-free travel as compared to LAX. They have Dunkin’ Donuts on this airport as well couple of other food options including pizza and salads. If you want easy to navigate and hassle free travel experience fly from this airport.

QUIET, SMALL, & CONVENIENT! I arrived for an early flight on a Wednesday morning to Houston. The ONT airport has all the essentials for travelers within a compact space, it’s smaller than a massive metropolitan airport yet it’s spacious and comfortable. Drop-off and parking is quick, I didn’t have to deal with traffic or crazy crowds. TSA services were fairly amiable and the process to enter the terminals was seamless. I didn’t have to wait long! Additionally, there’s plenty of amenities for people young and old. I saw vending machines with Pokemon TCG items and other entertainment. There’s two sizable gift shops with plenty of books, T-shirts, and Californian memorabilia for out-of-state guests. All stores were well-stocked and clean, I had fun browsing the shelves. One thing I enjoyed was the selection of restaurants and eateries inside. I saw a full-size Mexican restaurant and bar, brunch eatery, a Dunkin’ and many name brand fast food chains. There’s something for everyone here, I was never bored! If you’re into airport lounges there’s a place called Aspire that has a relaxing space for you to enjoy. Seats were comfortable and most boarding spots were easy to locate! Waiting areas had decent seats with great leg room. Restrooms were a bit far from waiting areas, but well-maintained. My most memorable experience at ONT airport was when a baggage claim lady helped me place a missing bag report as Houston’s Frontier Airlines forgot to load my checked bag and sent over an other person’s bag! The lady immediately asked for my information and my bag was quickly located. I received my bag a few days later (it was shipped to my house).

We all know airport security can be the most stressful part of a trip, but the TSA officers at Ontario were remarkably friendly and professional. The lines were short, and the process was lightning-quick. It’s rare to encounter security staff who actually make you feel welcome, but ONT pulls it off.For anyone living in the Inland Empire, San Gabriel Valley, or Orange County, ONT is the premier choice. You get world-class airlines like Starlux and direct access to Taiwan without the «big airport» headaches. The ease of parking, the quick walking distances between gates, and the efficient customs process make this my new go-to airport for all my Asia-bound trips. Fantastic service! I hired Best VIP Chauffeur service to drive myself & Grandson to dinner in Little Tokyo & a concert in downtown LA for my grandson’s 21st birthday. This allowed me to spend one on one time with my grandson and not worry about traffic in an area I am unfamiliar. Danny, our chauffeur, arrived early for pickup, professionally dressed, pleasant and always stayed in contact with me throughout the evening to make sure we were on time for our event and at different pickup locations. We had a fantastic experience with Absolute Comfort Limousine and their 12-passenger limo bus! This was a very last-minute booking—we contacted them late Friday afternoon, and the owner, Paul, went above and beyond to accommodate us and make everything come together perfectly. Our driver, Ralph, was outstanding. He arrived right on time, warmly greeted everyone, and made us feel welcome from the start. The limo bus was extremely clean and well stocked with champagne, glasses, plenty of water, and a great selection of regular, diet, and flavored sodas. I found Absolute Comfort online and when I wanted to go check out the location and see the buses, Owner Paul Mendes invited me in and took his time to tell me about their offers and show me the party buses, some of the best I have seen! On the night of the big day on March 13, The Bus was just popping! With its bright lights, comfortable seating, great sound system and clean, it was just perfect!! I was so excited to land at the famous LAX airport for our LA trip. The landing approach view from the sky was mesmerizing. Once we landed, the taxi and disembarking process was quick. By the time we walked to baggage claim, the luggages were already arriving at the carousel. Super efficient service. The terminal looked well maintained. Plenty of shops and restaurants were available. Signs were easy to follow. Upon existing we found the pick up shuttles for rental cars. Sky trains and buses were available as well for public transportation.

A lot of tourists pass through LAX, and the roads for picking up and dropping off passengers are always hectic. I’ve experienced this traffic many times since I always take a shuttle to the rental car center, so I understand that congestion is somewhat unavoidable. However, the TSA lines for general can be horribly chaotic, with not enough TSA officers and limited number of operative scanners. I highly recommend getting TSA precheck with Clear + if possible, as it can make the security process much easier. The duty-free area is just alright, and you should be aware that there’s a good chance you may not be able to use the AMEX Centurion Lounge because of its limited capacity. If possible, consider trying the Korean Air lounge instead. Overall, LAX is not the worst airport, but it’s certainly not one of the better ones either. I have mixed feelings about it. Whenever possible, I usually fly out of other airports nearby rather than LAX unless I have to. P.S. I dare say that LAX is one of the best airports on the west coast for aircraft lovers. Along the Tom Bradley terminal, you can easily spot cool aircrafts, such as A380 and B747, together operated by numerous international airlines. It is definitely one of LAX’s biggest highlights.

We arrived yesterday. The airport is modern, clean, and well organized. Everything went smoothly until we reached customs, where there were several lines stretching around 100 meters. It took us about 1.5 hours to get through. Once you’re past customs, you simply take the escalator down to the baggage claim. From there, it’s a short walk to the exit, and you’re ready to continue your journey. If you’re renting a car, head to the purple pickup pillars outside the terminal. A shuttle bus will pick you up there and take you to the rental car facility.

LAX is a huge airport and is in the process of completing a major overhaul. The exterior and interior are clean, modern and contemporary. It seems to be very well organized. We just went on Friday (Labor Day weekend) at 12:00 pm and it was a breeze getting through. TSA was quick and efficient and we ended up being early for our flight so we had a quick bite and drink at one of the many restaurant options where there is something for everyone.

Overall, LAX delivers the kind of experience you expect from a major international airport — busy, energetic, and constantly evolving. It’s not the calmest place, but it gets the job done efficiently, especially if you give yourself enough time to move through the crowds. Whether you’re flying domestic or international, the airport offers the essentials with a few modern touches that make the wait more comfortable.

I recently stayed at Wonder Valley Ranch Resort, and while the location and property is stunning and the staff were kind, I was very disappointed with our experience. The property was overcrowded with kids, especially from a school group, and there was a lot of smoke from the fire pit they were using, making it hard to relax. To make things worse, there was no restaurant on site for meals, and the nearest dining option was a 45-minute drive away. Property advertised the hot tub and pool which was closed due to the school camp .I hope the resort addresses these issues, as it has a lot of potential, but it really missed the mark for us .

We booked our stay at this resort for a fishing trip, and while the room itself was really nice—with thoughtful touches like a fridge and coffee bar, and the staff was friendly and accommodating—we were quite disappointed with the overall experience. The amenities, like the pools and hot tub, were closed upon arrival and only reopened for a limited time in the evening. Additionally, the food options were quite limited, and the nearest restaurants were far away and closed early in the evening, making it difficult to find a meal. We also encountered a lot of noise from school kids, and we were told we couldn’t use the fire pit or smoke on the property, which took away from the experience. Ultimately, we were so disappointed that we ended up checking out early. Overall, it was a mixed experience, and that’s why we’re giving it two stars.

Spent a weekend here for a wedding. My overall impression is that the property and the wedding event spaces were very nice, but the rooms and the rest of the facilities are so dated and feel extremely overpriced. The rooms are very basic motel-like accommodations. We stayed in the lakeside rooms and paid around $250 a night; that was with the wedding party «discount» of 5%. The rooms were clean but dim and outdated. For that resort level price I expected something a lot more modern and luxe, but we were kind of stuck since there are no other options within 45 minutes of the venue. Along with this, meal times were extremely strict and the breakfast was very basic. This was pretty jarring as the wedding (as most weddings do) went late into the night but we were told breakfast is strictly served between 8-9am. After that, there’s no food options anywhere on the property until lunch (which is equally strict on time and costs extra). So we roused ourselves and got to breakfast after a late night, only to see staff starting to clear things away at 8:45. We were able to just barely grab a couple plates for the buffet as they were being taken away by staff. The buffet felt similar to a basic hotel continental breakfast, nothing special. This venue is also a summer camp so there were crowds of kids around. I was left thinking about how we paid resort prices and got summer camp treatment. Everything felt cheap and rushed. Finally, the wedding couple had paid for a large group of the wedding guests to do the ropes course, go karts, and other activities on the grounds the day after the wedding. All of the activities were extremely understaffed. We were told the ropes course was closed and we could only do the zip line, the pool was also closed, and the go karts had limited staff as well. It created a lot of confusion and disorganization. It took 45+ minutes to do any given activity because there were so few staff at each. Oh, and there was yet another strict timeline of 9am-1pm for activities. It feels like this place needs to decide if it’s going to be a summer camp or an upscale venue, and commit to one or the other. It can’t be both. The wedding was very nice but the rest of the weekend was anything but relaxing because everything was so rushed and understaffed.

I’ve booked at least a dozen trips with Elite and I won’t use any other service. They are reliable, professional and flexible if needed. All of their drivers are great but Kevin is really wonderful.

We have used Elite Black car services many time and they never disappoint! Our driver text us that he was at the airport before we even got our luggage, then was promptly at the curb within minutes of us letting him know where we were. He jumped out and grabbed our huge, heavy suitcases and we were on our way home. The car was immaculate and Michael our driver was great. Couldn’t ask for a better experience after a long flight home from London. Will use Elite every time we travel!

Every driver is professional, courteous and punctual . I would highly recommend this service. Cost for round trip from Irvine to LAX is comparable to Wally Park Valet Parking for leaving car at airport for 1 week.
