When we first arrived, we were greeted immediately and asked how we could be helped. Daniel was the salesman who approached us. He was very warm and friendly. He asked what we were interested in and showed us what they had available. He got the keys to 4 SUVs and allowed us to look at all of them thoroughly. After my wife landed on one, we each took the car for a test drive. At no point was Daniel pushy. He allowed us space to talk and think, and answered any questions we had. He was very transparent throughout the entire process. We ended up buying the SUV. The entire staff made us feel welcome and at home. It was an extremely easy buying process, and they worked with us quickly on the trade in and financing. We are extremely happy with our purchase and the entire experience.

STG Auto Group went above and beyond for my recent car purchase! My wife and I called in at 7:00 PM inquiring about a 2021 Mazda MX-5 Miata RF Club, knowing they closed at 9:00 PM. We arrived around 8:15 PM and were warmly greeted by Carlos, who got us started before handing us over to Julio. ​Julio took exceptional care of us from there, guiding us through the test drive and walking us through the whole purchasing process. Even though Carlos had already headed home for the evening, Julio stayed late with us. Despite our indecisiveness keeping everyone there until 11:00 PM two full hours past closing Julio and the team remained incredibly patient, professional, and attentive the entire time. Ok so this place is awesome if you want to sell your car to them. I was approached by Mohammed and Hazem over text for $21k on a car with 91k miles. The interaction with them before walking in was super respectful and they were very patient because I couldn’t sell right away. even though they weren’t there when I walked in, his colleague Danny helped me out with the deal. They do real inspections of the car. And when they come back, they show you pictures of the problem. And they tell you an offer. I asked if they can do more and they did budge a bit more but couldn’t keep the original $21k offer due to two issues I wasn’t aware of (so that’s very respectable) and they didn’t significantly drop their offer NOR did they make it sound like you had a trashy car , just because of the two issues (one with the tire and leaking axel ). The process is quick and easy. 30-45 min inspection. Paperwork took another 30 mins. You sign all the documents to allow them to do the dmv paperwork. They are very friendly and super nice. The facility is super clean and welcoming. They had the TVs set to the World Cup matches.

Just bought my Honda CVR Hybrid. These guys were great from Juan, my sales guy, to Ramy the sales manager they listened and were straightforward and didn’t play games! I will come back

⚠️ VERY BAD EXPERIENCE — PLEASE BE CAREFUL BEFORE PURCHASING A VEHICLE HERE I am extremely disappointed with the experience my mother had at this dealership. My mother primarily speaks Spanish, and there was clearly a language barrier during the sales process. Unfortunately, we feel that this situation was taken advantage of by the sales manager Jose. She was initially given one price for a 2019 Lexus GX but additional charges were later added to the deal, including items such as GPS and extended warranty which was for 3 years & told us it came with the purchase of the vehicle then come to find out they were charging her those fees & $800 charge for paperwork Despite declining these products, they were still included in the paperwork. They forced her to take the vehicle & come back in 3 days to detail it which should have been done prior to selling it! Again took advantage of a vulnerable older lady!!!! The vehicle was purchased on 7/25 and returned the keys to the dealership on 7/26 to Jose (sales manager) because she was not satisfied with the purchase. We were under the understanding that the dealership allowed a three-day return period if the customer was unhappy with the vehicle. What is especially concerning is that, despite the vehicle being back in the dealership’s possession, the dealership apparently still submitted the financing paperwork to Global Credit Union on 7/29/26 We have repeatedly attempted to resolve this situation. Cesar in the finance department was supposed to contact us, but we have had difficulty getting a response. We have called the dealership multiple times, only to have the receptionist tell us that no manager is available or end the call. We were also given conflicting information regarding who we should speak with, including being told about someone named "Crystal," which was handled in a manner that we found extremely unprofessional. This entire experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. Customers should be given clear and honest pricing, especially when there is a language barrier. If a customer declines additional products or fees, those items should not be added to the contract without their clear understanding and consent. I strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing a vehicle here carefully review every charge and every document before signing, especially if there is a language barrier. We are simply asking for this situation to be handled professionally and fairly. We are still waiting on the return call!!!!
