Tower Dermatology

I had a great experience at Tower Dermatology. The office runs efficiently with minimal wait time and a smooth process from check-in to checkout. Dr. Vengalil is knowledgeable and thorough, taking the time to really listen and explain things clearly. What stood out most was his bedside manner. He is respectful, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout the visit. Highly recommend if you're looking for a dermatologist who combines expertise with a great patient experience.

Dr. Nathan and the staff are very nice and always take me in. they always take care of there patients and give them appropriate care and time of day unlike other doctors trying to milk/squeeze the patients and see them for only 5 minutes to 10 minutes and bill them for 1 hour of care. The doctor also talks to the patient vs sending of a mid level to do all the work for him and just come in and sign an order. Which for me as a patient that’s the most important thing care and respect.

My first visit here, I found the staff to be friendly and very helpful. Everyone made you feel comfortable, as though you have known them for years. Seriously, this was my first time feeling comfortable going to a doctor office.

I came here last year and had a insurance with my company I worked at the time. My issue had been resolved. I was supposed to come back within 10 months. I didn't because I lost my job and I was honestly depressed. Now I have medi-Cal and made an appointment after getting texts every week saying " Make a revisit appointment ". So I did through their website and had a list of insurance and medi-Cal was on that list. I made the appointment the next day and basically told the doctor " I'm fine because I took the medicine you told me ". So before walking out the lady in the front desk told me to wait. Then the guy who also works in the front desk said " For the doctor visit that'll be $130 ". I then told him I have medi-Cal and then says " We don't take medi-Cal " They couldn't fix the issue and I ended up paying. I just wish the lady at the front desk told me that before this happened instead of saying it under her breath. Also I do understand I should've checked if they take medi-Cal that's on me lol.

Do not sleep on Tower Dermatology! Dr. Vengalil was amazing—he actively listened to me and represents top-tier care. Aside from him, the other staff were really welcoming and made my whole visit calm and easy. 10/10 would recommend.

Dr Vengali is the absolute best. I did my normal treatments and he always does such a fantastic job. We're on time and expedient but gave me so much care and comfort. Will be back very soon 🙂

We were so happy to find Dr. Vengalil!! He takes his time, extremely kind and patient. You don’t feel rushed. The office is lovely and clean. The office staff is wonderful and the office is extremely well run! Across the board, incredible!!
