The staff and Jeff are amazing. First time in office, needed biopsy, he ran my insurance right there and did the biopsy same day. Absolutely wonderful! Came back for follow up- quick, and staff is wonderful!

Very very small parking area, often with no empty spaces. Only 1 H parking spot and steep ramp to door. Loses 1/2 star just for parking because it is such a hassle. The office itself is clean, comfortable and maintained. Dr Hale is very kind, compassionate and knowledgable. He is great about explaining what to expect before even the most minor in-office procedures. He takes the time to answer your questions. You receive a paper copy for your records of any lab results. Some of the techs/nurses are friendly and nice; some have an attitude indicating they want to be doing anything else besides talking to you. If you do not want to use online forms or check-in you can go early for your appointment and the person at front desk will assist you. Wait times are usually reasonable; occasionally will be 30 min+ but not often in my experience. Accepts medi-cal with referral as of 2026.

I have been coming here for a few years now. The office staff is friendly and helpful. Jeff has taken such good care of me. I truly appreciate him and am pleased with my treatment.
