Valley Skin Institute

My visit today was outstanding. I believe that this may be the first time I have filled out paperwork online prior to any medical appointment where I was not asked the same questions upon arrival. I am so impressed with the efficiency of the front office. My A+ experience continued when I met Jessica Christensen, PA-C. She is so knowledgeable plus kind and compassionate. She explained my needs, patiently answered all my questions, and never seemed rushed. I highly recommend Valley Skin Institute - thank you, everyone!

I didn’t even wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. I received an email or text ahead of time asking to update my medical history which helped make check-in very quick and easy. The staff were all thoughtful and professional.

Office is nice. Overall experience was okay. Quick and felt like an assembly line being in the room for like 6 mins. Medical staff was excellent with helping with minor clerical issues.

I made an appointment to see the doctor I wanted and I waited two weeks and I was only able to see the nurse practitioner that seemed like he just ran me in and rushed me out. Check me real quick and I have been waiting over 10 days now and I still haven’t gotten my results back so kind of disappointed and where Dolly skin Institute has gone. A little like to have seen the doctor that did my last surgery on my face because I really depend on her honest opinion, but this is the way it’s gonna be handled in the front desk. People were very disorganized. I will maybe go to To a different clinic

Dr. Storey and all of the staff (front office and back office) were great during my procedure for basel cell carcinoma removal. It was never painful, just a little uncomfortable a couple of times. I will kept informed throughout the time I was in the office. My suture removal took 10 minutes and I was given scar care instructions for the healing process.
