I’ve had a wonderful experience with Mindpath Health. Everyone has been professional and kind, and I truly appreciate the care I’ve received. My therapist, Laura Kasparian, is absolutely wonderful. She is compassionate, patient, and an excellent listener. She creates a safe, judgment-free space where I feel comfortable talking about difficult things. She offers thoughtful advice, asks insightful questions, and has helped me gain a better understanding of myself and my challenges. I’m very grateful for her support and would highly recommend Laura Kasparian and Mindpath Health to anyone looking for caring, professional mental health services.

I can’t speak to other providers at this location, but Armine Hakopyan is someone to avoid if you want someone who values your time, listens to and validates your concerns, and provides good psychoeducation regarding the meds she prescribes. She was OK when I was on the same meds and needed refills, but god forbid you actually want to talk to her. Every session was rushed. We had fifteen minutes and I’d be lucky to talk with her for five. She would ask how I am, barely acknowledge my answer, ask if I wanted refills, and be done. For example, she had me switch SSRI meds very rapidly, and when I told her I had such severe side effects I went to the ER, she showed not a shred of concern or empathy and just said, "the dose wasn’t really THAT high." Invalidating and insulting. Any concern or question I had seemed like it bothered and inconvenienced her, and she was defensive rather than helpful and empathetic. She even had her camera off for half the sessions. It’s just sad when someone in a mental health profession doesn’t seem at all interested in anything but checking boxes, tweaking meds, and sending you on your way. Hoping the next clinician is much better.

Audrey is an excellent therapist. Her kindness, empathy, and extensive knowledge is very helpful and very much appreciated. I’m thankful and grateful to know her.

I am very grateful for Dr. Bhandari and the Mindpath team. Scheduling is always easy, and I get reminders and calls if a sooner appointment is available. Elsa went above and beyond to help with my medication refill, answered all my questions, and made me feel truly cared for. I highly recommend Dr. Bhandari, Elsa, and everyone at Mindpath for their exceptional service and support.

Been going to them for a while, love my Psychatrist, Dr Bhandari! Very patient and concise, helps with my medication management. Today had amazing above-and-beyond assistance with Elsa, who works at the front office,. She helped me get info and solutions regarding my prescription filling when my pharmacy didn't help at all, which she didn't have to do. 100/100, they are amazing!

I feel lucky that I found a good psychiatrist. I contacted Mindpath and had 2 sessions so far with Dr. Shuara. She is caring and kind. I was unsure how I would like the telephone zoom appointment at first. It was actually pretty nice. I just started with mindpath to help me with medication maintenance because my primary doctor doesn't have the knowledge about psych meds. So far so good. I am very happy.
