The doctor made sure I was comfortable and not in any pain no matter how long it took she calmed my Nerves and listen to any concerns that I may have had an answered every question honestly. I had a fantastic experience
I appreciated having access to the forms I needed to fill out prior to the appointment. There were a few forms to fill out at the visit but they only needed signatures. I was even able to pay my copay before hand. Dr. Peter Herr is highly skilled, patient, very down to earth and easy to talk to. He is thorough and upfront. I was really nervous to go in but the visit was great and they were able to take care of everything with this visit. Thank you!
Long time to get appt, 6 months. Dr Thai is wonderful. She’s no nonsense, right to the point, full of info but answers every question and concern. I don’t know how long her response to my GP will take, but she was concerned and I trust her.
The entire staff and especially Dr Thao are all compassionate, very pleasant people! I very much like that Dr Thao takes the time to explain things to me in detail. It is so helpful to have such a wonderful Dr such as her.

Your staff was great. They made me feel comfortable and welcome. The only problem I had was the time. I live about 50 miles away and use Call The Car for rides to the doctor out of town. I told them I would 1 ¹/²hrs., which I thought would give me lots of time, but I wasn't out waiting for them and I had to call for another ride causing me to wait another hour+ to get home. Please, when making appointments for out of towners tell them it could take 2 or more hours?
Very friendly staff. Questions answered. Appointment time ran behind. But staff was not rushed. They took time to listen to you and concerns. Dr. Herr very nice and explained my concerns. Follow up appointment given before I left. I am definitely going to stay with this doctor's clinic
