On my birthday last year, I decided to take back control of my health after years of working in a high stress job & taking my health for granted. I am so happy to have discovered Cornerstone Wellness Center and to have Trina in my life. I have been on the weight loss program with Cornerstone Wellness since the first week of March, so 3 weeks now, I already lost 12 lbs! My belt is one notch tighter now which it really cool! I have tried different diets that felt too hard and I would just give up. This program is much better, easier even though I have to meal prep now a few times per week. I am never hungry. This has been an amazing experience. Drea is the best ever. I have a goal losing 10-15 lbs. I am not in a hurry and want to do it naturally. No drugs. Healthy guidance.
