From the second I walked through the door, I was greeted with such warmth and genuine kindness that I instantly felt comfortable and at home. The space itself feels so bright, calming, and inviting, setting the tone for an amazing experience right away.The team goes above and beyond in every way. They are not only incredibly welcoming and open, but also so knowledgeable and informative. They took the time to walk me through everything, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I felt completely confident and cared for throughout the entire process. You can really tell they are passionate about what they do. What meant the most to me is how I felt afterward completely refreshed, confident, and genuinely great in my own skin. That kind of feeling is priceless, and they made it happen so effortlessly. They turned what could have been just a simple appointment into such a special, uplifting experience. I went to Glow for laser hair removal in the bikini area. My experience was concerning. After 5 treatments, the hair is growing as normal with no visible difference whatsoever. What is more concerning is that I picked up an infection after the treatments. I question Glow's cleanliness and sterilization procedures. On top of it, I noticed a change in sensitivity after treatments, something I do not remember being cautioned about in the informed consent process. In terms of staff, I had a very mixed experience. One manager was exceptionally rude to me, outwardly threatening my nurse because she did more laser for me than I had exactly paid for. Other staff were nice and accommodating but I would be directed to go to my room myself and, for example, had to put the covers over the chair myself, etc. When I would give the nurses feedback that I was concerned treatments were not being done with enough care and attention to detail (just one quick stroke over the areas and inconsistent), I was given the cold shoulder and treated differently moving forward. Need I say more...

This med spa is great! The staff is super friendly and everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable. I love Glow and all it has to offer. They have awesome promotions and great prices!! 10/10 recommend

As someone who’s still new to aesthetic treatments, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than the one I had with Rebecca at Glow Aesthetic Center. She was incredibly warm and welcoming, and her professionalism immediately put me at ease. She explained every step of the process, walked me through what to expect, and checked in throughout the procedure to make sure I was comfortable.
