I’ve been seeing Dr. Medica for over a year, and I truly couldn’t be more grateful for her care and support throughout my husband’s and my fertility journey. She is incredibly caring, understanding, and compassionate, and always makes us feel heard and supported. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and is passionate about helping her patients. We feel so lucky to have her guiding us through this process. Thank you for everything, Dr. Lexi!!! We love you!

Dr. Medica has been wonderful. She is incredibly knowledgeable, but what stands out most is how genuine she is in the way she cares for her patients. She takes time to listen, answer questions, and makes you feel supported every step of the way. Her compassion and kindness have made such a difficult process much more manageable. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Dr Médica is very attentive, kind and she’s very easy to talk to. I have had 2 other reproductive endocrinologist doctors and she BY FAR has been my favorite!! The process has seemed so smooth with her and her team. I feel I was taken care of extremely well under her care I also love that she’s always smiling! I wish I would have found her earlier in this process. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend her.

Six years ago we started our fertility journey after many failed attempts to conceive naturally. We found Dr. Shelly through our company benefits, and from our very first visit we knew we were in good hands. She has such a way of making a heavy experience feel lighter, and her sense of humor (which matched my husband’s) always put us at ease. The support team was just as wonderful. Every nurse and staff member made me feel cared for always rooting me on at blood draws, follow-up visits, and check-ins. That encouragement meant the world during such a tough process. Fast forward to today, we have two beautiful kids, ages 5 and 18 months. We are forever grateful to Dr. Shelly and her team for giving us the chance to build our family. This office will always have a special place in our hearts!

Dr. Wendy Shelly has been such an important part of my IVF journey over the past two years. I truly can’t say enough about how much she means to me and my family. She listens so carefully, always makes sure I feel heard, and isn’t afraid to guide me in a different direction when needed. I really respect how she balances compassion with honesty. She delivers news in a way that makes me feel safe and supported, no matter what the update is. My husband is just as big of a fan of hers as I am, which says a lot about the kind of care she provides. One of my favorite things about Dr. Shelly is her constant communication. She is always present, responsive, and fully invested, and she has truly never let me down. If you’re looking for a doctor who will work incredibly hard for you and stand by you through every step of your fertility journey, she is absolutely that person. I’m so grateful for everything she does and hope she continues this important, life-changing work for so many other women like me.

We can't say enough good things about FSMG! We had the privilege of working with Dr. Morales who we now have to thank for our daughter coming in Dec 2026. Dr. Morales is extremely knowledgeable and devoted to her work. It is evident after you meet with her she is an expert in the field. There would be times I would mention to her at appointments a new IVF study that just came out that I read and she already had the entire scoop on it - from who conducted it to an in-depth interpretation of the findings. Dr. Morales will also shoot you straight and be very direct about your situation and recommended best next steps. There was actually a time where we gave her feedback regarding how we would like to receive some of the news that was harder to receive throughout this process, which she was very receptive to and implemented moving forward, checking in with us each visit. Everyone will have different communication styles - but what more could you ask for than someone who responds to your feedback regarding your communication style with an open mind and implement it moving forward? The team of nurses were also all so supportive and thorough throughout the IVF process. We were so grateful for the care they showed and the time they spent with us assuring that we knew what was coming next, how to measure and issue the injections, and checking in throughout. They were all so personable it helped the process feel less clinical and very human-centered. In summary, if you are looking for somewhere to do fertility treatment, we highly rec FSMG - both because of the wonderful team and the results they provide!

Super sketchy place. Do not go here. They are desperate to take your money. They told my patient coordinator at Sharp my insurance was accepted before they made my appointment. After doing the virtual visit and driving to the clinic to make a deposit, I’m told they never contacted my insurance due to an issue using my birthday in the online portal. It was a BS excuse they made up since they never contacted insurance to begin with. I know none of the 4 doctors I’ve seen in the past few months had any issue doing exactly that. They said they would need to call the number on the back of my insurance card. I asked why they never called me to tell me that and ask for the number in the week prior to my appt and Denise with finance said "we don’t do that here". I then have to wait around while they finally start contacting insurance just to tell me insurance doesn’t cover their services. They made me pay $75 for the virtual doc visit before I left. A couple weeks later I see on my insurance portal the claim for the virtual doc visit was covered and I only owed $5. I called them to ask about a refund and the person I talked to said they haven’t received confirmation of that claim yet but would note on my portal to check and would send the refund once they received the claim back. I call again a few weeks later to ask about the refund and the person I spoke with says my account was noted that insurance doesn’t cover their services and she doesn’t think I have a refund. I told her that it was the doctor visit that was covered by my insurance and she transfers me to her boss who doesn’t answer so I leave a message asking about the refund. A week goes by with no call backs so I called again today and got ahold of Denise. She says they received the claim and would send out the check in the mail now that I’ve followed up on it. I asked why the refund wasn’t sent out already since they received the claim and she responded with "I’m not familiar with our system so the money would just as credit on your account until you called asking for it". This is ridiculous as my account has it noted that I’m not doing any services with them due to my insurance not covering it. She said she never received any previous messages from me or notes on my account asking about my refund. These clinic straight up sucks. They can’t be bothered to the bare minimum and are desperate to take your money. Plenty of better options out there Edit: the owner of the clinic reached out to me and apologized for the way things were handled and said they would take steps to make sure this won’t happen again in the future. Also he issued the refund. I give them credit for being proactive and taking honest feedback into consideration. Updated to 3 stars
