EYE-Q Vision Care - Fresno

Excellent service. Friendly staff. Dr Shute is a respected and experienced Doctor. He’s been treating my wife for several years and has been very kind and patient. All procedures explained and questions answered. Thanks to all the staff at Eye Q!

So glad Dr. Huerta was able to not over celebrate the New Year holiday and make to a very short staffed work day at Eye Q today. Then again it is flu season. I really enjoyed meeting this doctor for the first time. She explained how my eyes were changing its prescription.

This place is fantastic. The whole staff was great Dr Hawkins was awesome and her team is amazing. My whole experience was top notch. I felt very well cared for and everything was explained to me. I had no issues with timing or long waits or less than enthusiastic employees. As soon as I went back into pre-op it was like a well oiled machine. Very efficient team and very comforting. I definitely recommend Dr Hawkins and Eye Q. Excellent!

I can't thank Dr. Neesurg Mehta enough for the exceptional care he provided to my mom. From our very first visit, he was kind, compassionate, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave our family so much peace of mind. He treated my mom with such respect and genuine care, and we truly felt she was in excellent hands throughout the entire process. We are also very grateful to his wonderful staff, who were friendly, patient, and made every visit a positive experience. Thank you, Dr. Mehta, for your dedication and for making such a difference in my mom's life. May God continue to bless you, your hands, and your entire team as you care for so many patients. We highly recommend Dr. Mehta to anyone looking for an outstanding eye doctor. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts!

Dr. Mendoza was wonderful with my 11 year old daughter. He was kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made her feel comfortable and at ease. The entire visit was a positive experience, and we never felt rushed. It’s clear that he truly cares about his patients and their families. We are very grateful for the excellent care he provided and highly recommend Dr. Mendoza and the Eye-Q team!

I always feel good about my visits with Eye-Q and especially with Dr. Tom. Appointments are usually right on time with little waiting and I am moved through each step without hitch. The staff is personable and efficient. Dr. Tom always enters the room with a warm smile and provides solid, comprehensible information. She is friendly, balancing her limited time frame with making me feel at ease.

The staff are efficient and cordial. I like the checkin through the kiosk. My only negative is the wait time. I arrived about 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment and I didn't see the doctor until 1 1/2 hours after my appointment time. It appears that the doctor overbooked his patients. My time with the Dr. was about 15 minutes.
