Appliance Repair Today

I had called looking for a repair for my dryer that was not heating. Within 30 minutes they had their technician Vadim come to my house and check my dryer. It turned out to be my heating element. Vadim had the part with him so he fixed my dryer within 1 hour of my call for the repair. Vadim was very helpful in explaining the problem and why the heat element may have burned out. These are guys are amazing, I would highly recommend them. I give them a 10 stars. Thank you so much.

Diagnosed & resolved very fast. Was polite, professional, timely, left my home clean. Had a replacement part needed to fix my dryer, and had to order a replacement part to fix the washing machine, so will be back in a couple days. Literally everything you would hope for in a repair visit!

Very professional and respectful. The technician arrived on time. Fixed it quickly in one visit. Friendly and easy to work with. Would highly recommend.

The individual that came in the house was totally a gentleman. I felt confident in what he was doing since he spotted the problem with my oven immediately. Fortunately, he had the part in his truck. He explain what went wrong and quoted a price to fix it before going forward . He also gave me information about the oven. I felt he did a great job. Thank you!

Alexandre checked our dryer and diagnosed why our dryer stops mid-cycle and how to use our dryer more effectively. I appreciate his honesty and that he didn't try to sell something that we didn't need. I'm pleased to have hired Appliance Rescuers and that Alexandre assigned to my service call.
