I usually don’t write reviews but since I was very happy with their service, here it is. At first, I felt uncomfortable by the way the appointments are handled since there is a wait. Thankfully it was only 2 days. Their service was professional and I was even happy with the price. My fridge wasn’t cooling. It was fixed on the same day they came for the inspection. I thought it was going to take longer since the part was under warranty with LG but they are LG authorized and they took care of it the same day. Thank you

Our LG fridge was not working so I called LG Service who tasked MGR Appliance to do the compressor repair which was under warranty. The communication via text was VERY efficient and I also called and spoke with Agent Maya who was kind, helpful and professional in getting me scheduled today. FIRST CLASS! Technician Bagrat was on time, kind, efficient, helpful and professional. FANTASTIC GUY! GREAT JOB and THANKS AGAIN! Highly recommended.

Our technician, SH, was on time, professional and very courteous. He diagnosed the issue rapidly and was efficient with the repair. He kept the workspace clean and was meticulous about the details. We are very happy with the service and would highly recommend and use this company again, especially with our assigned repair tech.

Great service experience. Nikoloz arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and replaced the compressor on my refrigerator. He explained each step of the repair process and answered all my questions. The work was done carefully and professionally. I really appreciate the excellent service. He drove 2 hours and be there at 7.15 am.

I called MGR Appliance Inc because of a problem with my washer. They have been on top of it from the beginning. They not only respond promptly but also are very pleasant to deal with. RT, the tech also communicated before his arrival and he is very polite an d very knowledgeable. It was a great experience overall. I read other reviews which prompted me to contact them and I’m glad I did. I didn’t pay anything as the washer is under warranty. Thank you for the great service!

Brandon and his team were friendly, knowledgeable had the replacement parts on hand to repair our broken in wall oven after a speedy test to see what was wrong. We had our oven back in 30 minutes and I thought we were going to have to buy a new one. Appreciate their work ethic and quality of service. They scheduled us the next day too! I would highly recommend this company!

Our microwave broke down. I called SoCal Appliances and spoke with George. In a few hours, George was at our house diagnosing the microwave problem. He order the needed parts and the next day he returned to the house and fixed the problem. He also fixed our dishwasher. His fee was very reasonable. George is an honest, friendly & reliable person. I will recommend him to our relatives and friends.

So glad I called SoCal Appliance for an issue with our gas stove top. They did a fantastic job of diagnosing the problem and prices were more than fair. Highly recommended.

He was punctual, arrived as scheduled, and demonstrated a commendable level of courtesy and expertise. We were particularly impressed by his ability to swiftly diagnose the issue and complete the necessary repairs in approximately 20 minutes, reflecting a strong commitment to excellent customer service. However, we must also express our significant concern regarding the logistical challenges encountered during this service request. It came to our attention that Technician Armando was unfortunately provided with an incorrect control part from the Whirlpool warehouse during his initial dispatch. This error necessitated a second service visit and, consequently, resulted in an extended and frankly unacceptable three-week delay for the replacement of a relatively simple control component. This protracted timeline caused considerable inconvenience, and we believe a thorough review of the parts supply chain is warranted to prevent similar occurrences for future customers.

Benito was extremely professional from start to finish. He arrived on time as scheduled and even called ahead to provide me with his approximate time of arrival, which I greatly appreciated. Throughout the service, he took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the work he was performing, ensuring I understood what needed to be done and why. His communication was clear, detailed, and patient, which gave me complete confidence in the quality of his work. Benito’s professionalism, punctuality, and commitment to keeping me informed made the entire experience smooth and stress free. Steven was professional. Unfortunately, the repair that I was told was completed was not. Perhaps Steven felt it was successful. I sent him a video of it not fixed. I reached out, received a text that he will follow up. It’s been a week and no word. This repair was authorized through Kitchen aid extended warranty. This issue still exist. I am now dealing with Kitchen Aid that is trying to charge me for work being completed when it has not. 2 Stars is not fair to Steven, I originally gave him 5. The 2 star downgrade is due to work not being completed as thought. No communication and follow up. Kitchen Aid trying to charge me for a year up front if canceled. Either way, work is incomplete and I have to figure out next steps. Not exactly stress less. It’s a mixed bag.

The whole experience with this technician Ricardo was wonderful. I had another repair place assigned to my case at first, and the technician was so incompetent that after the same person coming out twice, he insisted nothing was wrong with my washer and left my home both times without doing ANYTHING to fix my problem! Well, thankfully the third time, I got Paradise Appliance to come out…Ricardo diagnosed my problem immediately, and fixed it on the spot!! I cannot say the price was reasonable, as I bought a one year insurance policy on my appliance.

Ruben impressed me as an outstanding professional who made sure the details were taken care of. His customer service skills are top notch. I was really impressed that he put on shoe covers as soon as he stepped through the front door and used padding to protect the area around the refrigerator as he worked. There was no cleanup required after he left. Highly recommended!!

Tam the service technician was amazing. He is very professional, knowledgeable and super courteous. The only reason they get a four is because it took too long to get an appointment. But the work done by the technician deserves the five stars.

I recently had a fantastic experience with Paradise Appliance, Service, largely thanks to Benito, my repair technician. As diagnosed by The Gas Company, my gas range needed a new regulator. Benito did an excellent job communicating to me through text message his estimated time of arrival and he arrived on time! He came prepared with the part, he was knowledgeable, efficient and thorough in regard to the issue. Benito went over the top explaining what needed to be done. He checked repeatedly to make sure everything was working properly. Exceptional customer service–highly recommended! .

Outstanding service from Kerenza Appliance Repair! When my ice maker fan assembly failed, they responded immediately and had a technician out the very next day. He arrived on time, was professional, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. He covered my kitchen floors before starting and left absolutely no mess behind. This is the kind of service every homeowner hopes for – highly recommend!

Scheduling intake call on Friday was seamless and I was advised I would hear via email and/or text on either Saturday, Sunday or the latest on Monday for appointment availability. Heard Saturday evening and I responded on Sunday that timeframe on Monday worked. Received confirmation on Sunday was all set. The technician Anthony arrived within the scheduled timeframe window (called 10 minutes before arrival) and was professional. Addressed our dryer concerns, answered our questions, and fixed our problem. He also tested our washing machine door to make sure functioning and it sounded off and he worked on that as well. I highly recommend this company for dryer/washing machine repairs. They communicate well, are professional and knowledgeable.

I recently had my refrigerator repaired by Kerenza Appliance Repair through home warranty company, and I’m very satisfied with their service. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and explained the issue clearly. They arrived on time, completed the repair within the promised timeframe, and made the entire process smooth and hassle-free.

My Stove burner was giving yellow flame and soot. I called them, $139 for visit thats fine towards repair but without examining MOSES the tech told me to replace the burner assembly which totals for $520 including the visit costs. Thank God i didn’t go with them. One of my friends came and examined the stove it was just the burner cap (Black lid on the top) was rusted inside which was giving soot and yellow flame. $20 fix. I regret i paid them $139 for nothing or at least should have examined and told me to replace the lid. I don’t mind paying the visit but the Diagnosis should be precise and genuine. ZIP OFF NEVER AGAIN TO THE OWNER please hire some genuine and knowledgeable technicians. Your business is dependent on the customer satisfaction and genuine repairs. ⭐ **1 Star – ⚠️ STRONG WARNING: Do Not Hire This Company Zip Appliance damaged my refrigerator during an inspection by scratching the doors, then flat-out denied responsibility and blamed me. The refrigerator was in good condition before they arrived. Their response was unacceptable. Instead of taking accountability, the only thing they offered was a service fee refund, which does nothing to repair the damage they caused. No apology. No real solution. Just excuses and finger-pointing. This is a serious red flag. If a company can damage your property in your own home and then refuse to stand behind their work, they should not be trusted. This is not how a professional service operates. Document everything or avoid this company entirely. I regret hiring Zip Appliance and would not recommend them under any circumstances.

Angel from Zip Appliances came out within 24 hours of our request to diagnose our washing machine issues. Within 20 minutes he found the issues and explained and demonstrated the water line filter issues and water quality coming from our tankless water heater in much need of filter cleaning. I definitely would recommend this company.

Moses from Zip Appliance Repair was meticulous and thorough. He fixed my Thermador range knob after it had already been worked on twice by another technician from a different company—with no success. Moses made sure all the elements of my range were functioning properly before he left and took the time to explain exactly what had gone wrong. I highly recommend Zip Appliance Repair for any appliance issues, and I will be asking Ferguson, my appliance supplier, to contact them first for any future appliance repairs.

$139 paid. Zero repair. Promised parts in 5 days—now over 3 weeks with no dryer. They spilled laundry products, left the mess, and took my dryer knob. When I asked for my part back and a refund, they said I could get the knob—but not my money. So I’m financially held hostage, waiting and hoping they eventually do the job they already promised. At this point, the only thing they’ve fixed is their ability to keep and take more cash. Proceed with extreme caution

We have used Zip 3 times in the past and they were ALWAYS honest, fast, fairly priced and did GREAT work and this time was no different. My hot water heater went out and my home warranty company sent out a different company who was definitely not an «Honest Plumber,» or fast or good. After a week and a half of my hot water heater not being repaired, I was able to get my claim assigned to Zip. Was fixed the same day and for less than the original guys. Zip is the BEST and ONLY choice!

Aziz just came out and fixed two of my commercial dryers. He was kind, professional, expedient and did a great job! Both of the dryers are now working perfectly and the price for everything was fair. I’m really glad to know I now have another great vendor when it comes to appliance repair for the properties that I manage. 🙂

What a great experience I had today with Fast and Easy Appliance Repair! They were responsive, on time and very knowledgeable. Aziz (spelling??) appeared with the parts needed to fix our oven the same day. He accomplished the job in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to my friends and family.

Fast and Easy Appliance Service is an excellent company. Over the past couple of years I have used their company to repair my refrigerator, oven, washing machine and dishwasher. It was a breeze setting up the appointment and we had Aziz on site the very next day despite being the weekend. They diagnosed the issue very well for the leaking freezer compartment of our Whirlpool refrigerator. There was no way I could have rolled out the refrigerator, dissembled each rack and panel, cleaned everything and put everything back within an hour! He repaired my Bosch dishwasher and it was not an easy go… Due to a new countertop, sliding the dishwasher out was problematic and Sam was not deterred! He was able to replace the drain pump by thinking outside the box and finding a solution, plus he’s a very easygoing guy! LG refrigerator stopped cooling. Called Steve’s Appliance Repair on Monday morning, Eugene was out that afternoon. He ran thorough diagnostic tests and determined the fan motor was broken. Replaced, and all is well. Very professional, courteous and efficient service. Highly recommend.

I had called looking for a repair for my dryer that was not heating. Within 30 minutes they had their technician Vadim come to my house and check my dryer. It turned out to be my heating element. Vadim had the part with him so he fixed my dryer within 1 hour of my call for the repair. Vadim was very helpful in explaining the problem and why the heat element may have burned out. Oh my goodness. Can I say a lifesavers!? The two gentlemen that arrived at my house were not only on time but quite professional. They asked many questions as did I and I received a lot of honest feedback. I have been without a washer since September and I was beyond frustrated with my machine. I had another company come out and attempt to fix my machine whom weren’t successful. Essentially these gentlemen came in and fixed what the other company could not and then some. Appliance Service Plus came back and fixed the dishwasher position. It’s now in tip top shape. They also checked for leaks and could not find any. I’m increasing my review from 3 to 5 ⭐’s. They are genuinely trying to improve their process and it’s a great 👍 thing for everyone.

I paid for a new curcuit board for my 8 year old GE dishwasher. When it was installed it did not work. Technician said he was removing the new one, replacing the old, and sending the new one back to supplier to get a replacement. I never got an appointment for the new installation, after technician left the part at his home. 5 days later the dishwasher started working with all of the original equipment. I asked for a refund on the circuit board and I was told that the technician did install a new one. That’s a lie. He would not have been able to return a faulty new circuit board to the vendor and get a new one if he didn’t have one and it was installed in my dishwasher. Honesty is the best policy. I’ll find a different appliance repair company when next needed. Technician was a nice man but this is wrong.

I will highly recommend Appliance Service Plus in the future! Our oven stopped working and our technician Luis was able to diagnose and repair the broken element the same day.
