I recently had my carpet cleaned by Stanley Steemer and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Ashton and Brenan were extremely professional, friendly, and efficient from the moment they arrived. They clearly take pride in the work they do and it really showed throughout the entire process. To be completely honest, I didn’t think the carpet they were working on was even salvageable. It had seen better days and I wasn’t expecting miracles, but Ashton and Brenan absolutely delivered. They worked quickly while still paying attention to the details, and by the time they were finished the carpet looked significantly better than I ever thought possible. What really stood out to me was Ashton’s customer service. As he was cleaning, he made sure to have me check the progress and his process along the way to ensure I was satisfied with the results. That level of care and communication goes a long way and shows they truly want their customers to be happy with the service. Overall, the experience was smooth, professional, and well worth it. Absolutely awesome service, the cleaners were not only prompt but a few minutes early, were very polite and professional, the cleaners had all thier own materials and showed up ready to go. we left and got some food while they worked and they gave us a call 20 min before they were done so we knew to head back. When we got back not only was the place spotless, it also smelled great, everything looked organized and in place, they cleaned spots in the cabinets that we thought couldn’t even be cleaned. Everything was better then expected and 10 out of 10 would highly recommend the team i got! Thanks again guys!

SoCal Crystal Clean dis an amazing job deep cleaning our bathroom! After moving into a «bachelor pad» I realized I needed some serious help getting the tub and entire bathroom area up to a woman’s standards. After some failed attempts on my part to remove the mildew and built up grime I finally found this business on Google, and after reading the great reviews and learning that they are a smaller local company I decided to book the service. They did not disappoint! The bathroom appears good as new (clean as possible without resurfacing the tub or replacing parts), and it used to look like something out of a horror movie. They also cleaned my kitchen and underneath the stove top which was a daunting task for me, and they tackled it beautifully. The whole experience was easy and seamless. 5 stars! Thank you guys!

Excellent service. I google searched cleaners and decided on SoCal Crystal Clean. The appointment time was between 11a and noon. Two cleaners came at noon and worked until the apartment was spotless!! The cleaners were professional and very kind. Highly recommend.

Adriana’s cleaning service was a pleasure to work with. My post-renovation situation was complicated. It was hard to pinpoint exactly when the work would be finished. This was a rental property, and time was of the essence because tenants were anxious to return to the house. Eddie was patient and willing to work with me. Twice I had to postpone the cleaning date. When the crew came out and looked around, they told me they did not want me to waste my money and would rather come back another day when the site was ready for cleaning, and they would be able to do a good job. When they came back, the renovation was still not 100% finished. They cleaned where they could and offered to COME BACK and finish the other areas when the renovation was complete! Who does that these days? They did a great job too: They were quick and efficient. I was already so stressed because of the 6-week renovation project. Adriana’s cleaning took some of the weight off my shoulders by being flexible and willing to work with me. It was refreshing to experience such good old-fashioned, personable service. I can highly recommend Adriana’s!

Maid for LA did a move out clean for my anpartment, and it was absolutely SPOTLESS after they left. Dolgor and her associate were timely, efficient, and thorough; they cleaned all the cabinets, oven, fridge, and even swept the patio. It made me wish I’d hired them to come clean my apartment while I still lived there! Would absolutely recommend for anyone looking for an excellent cleaning service!

The ladies were so efficient and everything was beautiful. They missed a couple of bits here which I asked to correct at the end (baseboards, moving little furniture pieces to get under the sofa) and they obliged. The oven cleaning could have been deeper/more thorough. And they were only at my place for 2 hrs vs the 2hr50 that was quoted.

We hired Molly Maid to deep cleaning our house since we just had a case of ringworm with one of our cats. Our house wasn’t the cleanest since all of us are busy working adults with 2-3jobs, we all just too tired and busy that we haven’t really cleaned for the past 6months. They sent Alma and Yeny to us today and we’re more than satisfied with the results. Our house is very clean and smell sanitized. Special shoutout to Leon! He gave us fair and reasonable pricing and very transparent on what they can/cannot do. I am so happy with the results, I am booking my next appointment with them! The house is spotless and saved me from the hassle of having to clean after a full day of moving. My house is about 1800 square feet and they were here for a little over three and a half hours. Super efficient and lovely- would recommend.

I fell for the 5 star reviews… don’t. I booked a Deep Clean with add-ons: inside of the cabinet, fridge and oven for my 1b1b 600sqft apartment. 2 cleaners did an incredibly sloppy work in 1.5 hours, lots of things had felt and left undone, rushed. All the pics were taken right after they left. And on top of that the cleaning lady was quite aggressive and had an attitude. EDIT AS RESPONSE: I said «I guess maybe a deep clean is different in The US as opposed to what it is in my country» so that she should not take my disappointment personally, that has nothing to do with respect and just a statement of a fact. I have never had a disrespectful attitude towards anyone in my life. I was way more understanding, respectful and polite than the cleaner lady fyi. I was out of the country and got in touch with you as soon as I returned. And lastly I have never said and am not even looking for a free re-clean, just a sincere apology and ! any ! effort to make it right would have worked. I wish you all the best, as well.

After more than two years with no outside cleaning, I thought it was time for a deep clean. Pristine Clean to the rescue! Shannon (so friendly!) got quite a workout cleaning my triplex apartment and truly focused on the areas that I don’t focus on. (I thought my place was relatively clean. Wrong!). I’d use them again and thought that the price (I added on the oven!) was well worth the hours she cleaned!

Pristine Clean of Los Angeles was GREAT! We had a large condo (3400 sq ft) that had been occupied over 30 years, and sadly, had not been well cleaned since move-in. Before painting, we wanted the condo thoroughly dusted, cleaned, and NUMEROUS mirrored surfaces, cleaned and polished. Pristine Clean’s contact app is excellent, and we were able to schedule a full cleaning within days, with OUTSTANDING results. Valentine and his partner showed first, and spent 3 hours providing attentive detailed cleaning to the master bedroom and 2 attached bathrooms, scrubbing decades of dust, dirt, and detritus from multiple shelves and surfaces. Isabel and her partner showed up a couple of hours later and dug into more rooms needing significant attention. No supervision was needed, and the job was done without any change to the initial quote or scope of work. This was a tough job, and we were very happy with the results. They all worked very hard and diligently to clean the condo thoroughly. We would recommend Pristine Clean of Los Angeles without hesitation.

The price is right, and the staff are very good at what they do! I do not hesitate recommending them and will continue to use Wave on a recurring basis.

Been using Wave the past couple years, and it’s been very efficient. The service has been well worth it, despite the price hike about a year ago (but what hasn’t increased in price) we’ve been on a scheduled cleaning, but each cleaning day the communication has been great and never had a problem with any of the cleaners.

I paid over $250 for a rushed and incomplete cleaning job. After I reached out with photos and explained my concerns, they agreed to give me a full refund. That would have been the right outcome, except they never actually processed it. I’ve followed up six different times over the past month, and each time I’ve been told it would be taken care of. It still hasn’t happened. The poor cleaning was disappointing, but what really earned this review was the lack of follow-through. If you promise a customer a refund, you should actually issue it.

The cleaners themselves did a good job, but the service/company was extremely disappointing. I was quoted one price over the phone with a promotional discount, and then after the cleaning I was charged $15 more than what I was told. The issue isn’t the cleaners — they worked hard — it’s the company padding the price after the fact. It felt like a scam over the phone: they gave me one price to book the service, then charged more once the job was done. Very deceptive and unprofessional. I would not use this service again.

Well it’s been a roller coaster interaction with this group which started well and then ultimately after two passes has ended not so well. Not a big fan of not honoring original agreements and then trying to charge more in the end. Reliability and consistency are also an issue.

Not recommended. They arranged for my house to be cleaned, and the cleaning lady had a serious emotional breakdown due to poor working conditions. I found out that the call center team and other parts of the company are in similar situations. I believe that hiring a cleaning service shouldn’t feel like having slaves (because they are modern-day slaves). You should reconsider paying for their services, as it is unethical to promote and pay for companies like this.

I recently moved in to a home cleaned by this company (move out clean) it was so filthy! Spoke with Marlene within minutes of us moving in and she took no accountability for the poor cleaning just made excuses by saying that her employees are not perfect and that the previous tenant probably requested that they don’t clean certain areas (I was in contact with the previous tenant, who hired this company, and that was not his request at all). I was given a date that they would come do a «touch up» anywhere from 2pm-5pm. As that is a big timeframe I had to step out and when the employee got there I was not home yet. The employee advised me that Marlene (supervisor) was not going to allow a reschedule. When I told the employee I could be on my way she told she had to go home to be with her toddler. ***The employee notified me that when she did the move out clean she DID NOT complete it because she had to leave to take care of her child and they didn’t have any intentions on ever returning to complete the job. *** Landlord was advised and will no longer be using this company for any of their rental properties and will spread the word. These are only a few photos as there was so much left uncleaned.

She did not go the extra mile to move items for dusting or behind items for baseboard and full room floor cleaning, not even in the kitchen. I may not use this service again, or plan to be there and inspect before cleaner depart s from home. I was at work, however.

Kay did an amazing job all by herself: there was a lot to cover so a few things got missed.. but nothing crucial. Next time will ask for two people just because this is a large condo and it is a lot for one person. I’ve used HOE twice now and have been satisfied with their work. Will definitely use again.
