We wish to commend Technician Armando for his outstanding professionalism and efficiency during his visit. He was punctual, arrived as scheduled, and demonstrated a commendable level of courtesy and expertise. We were particularly impressed by his ability to swiftly diagnose the issue and complete the necessary repairs in approximately 20 minutes, reflecting a strong commitment to excellent customer service. However, we must also express our significant concern regarding the logistical challenges encountered during this service request. It came to our attention that Technician Armando was unfortunately provided with an incorrect control part from the Whirlpool warehouse during his initial dispatch. This error necessitated a second service visit and, consequently, resulted in an extended and frankly unacceptable three-week delay for the replacement of a relatively simple control component. This protracted timeline caused considerable inconvenience, and we believe a thorough review of the parts supply chain is warranted to prevent similar occurrences for future customers.

Benito was extremely professional from start to finish. He arrived on time as scheduled and even called ahead to provide me with his approximate time of arrival, which I greatly appreciated. Throughout the service, he took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the work he was performing, ensuring I understood what needed to be done and why. His communication was clear, detailed, and patient, which gave me complete confidence in the quality of his work. Benito's professionalism, punctuality, and commitment to keeping me informed made the entire experience smooth and stress free. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable and knowledgeable service.

Steven was professional. Unfortunately, the repair that I was told was completed was not. Perhaps Steven felt it was successful. I sent him a video of it not fixed. I reached out, received a text that he will follow up. It's been a week and no word. This repair was authorized through Kitchen aid extended warranty. This issue still exist. I am now dealing with Kitchen Aid that is trying to charge me for work being completed when it has not. 2 Stars is not fair to Steven, I originally gave him 5. The 2 star downgrade is due to work not being completed as thought. No communication and follow up. Kitchen Aid trying to charge me for a year up front if canceled. Either way, work is incomplete and I have to figure out next steps. Not exactly stress less. It's a mixed bag.

The whole experience with this technician Ricardo was wonderful. I had another repair place assigned to my case at first, and the technician was so incompetent that after the same person coming out twice, he insisted nothing was wrong with my washer and left my home both times without doing ANYTHING to fix my problem! Well, thankfully the third time, I got Paradise Appliance to come out...Ricardo diagnosed my problem immediately, and fixed it on the spot!! I cannot say the price was reasonable, as I bought a one year insurance policy on my appliance.

Ruben impressed me as an outstanding professional who made sure the details were taken care of. His customer service skills are top notch. I was really impressed that he put on shoe covers as soon as he stepped through the front door and used padding to protect the area around the refrigerator as he worked. There was no cleanup required after he left. Highly recommended!!

Tam the service technician was amazing. He is very professional, knowledgeable and super courteous. The only reason they get a four is because it took too long to get an appointment. But the work done by the technician deserves the five stars.

I recently had a fantastic experience with Paradise Appliance, Service, largely thanks to Benito, my repair technician. As diagnosed by The Gas Company, my gas range needed a new regulator. Benito did an excellent job communicating to me through text message his estimated time of arrival and he arrived on time! He came prepared with the part, he was knowledgeable, efficient and thorough in regard to the issue. Benito went over the top explaining what needed to be done. He checked repeatedly to make sure everything was working properly. Exceptional customer service--highly recommended! .
