Yesterday as I was waiting to return some cores, I witnessed who I assume to be the manager in charge, scolding her employees very loudly. The environment instantly felt hostile, she ended her speech with threats to write them all up and I quote "It’s your job or mine and it’s not going to be mine!!" You could tell the employee helping me felt uncomfortable after being yelled at. I will still be shopping here but that was definitely not the right place or time for that conversation.
Honestly, everything was great customer service!!! Until we had to pay and thisbald black man had an issue with a guy in front of us. Then proceeded to be short and get rude when my man after he asked if he rang up the item in the right category. Horrible customer service from that guy. Promise you he won't be servicing me the next I spend my hard earned money there!!!
I went there for some shock mounting bolts. I asked them a print out for my can and they had two matching. I got them for free. The cashier just said don't worry about it and waved me through. Free bolts winning!
Really cool place to find really cool things. 😎 Had a great time found what I was looking for they help out a lot if you need a map to what you're looking for they print one out for you. You can check inventory online or call and ask. Customer service is 10/10 👏🏼
The used tires I bought where tagged and labeled correctly easy to find the tires were in great condition for being used. And the price way to better than a tire shop
Very helpful friendly and ready to help get you what you need! Psa the inventory online is not always accurate. If it says a car has been there for two or more months then they’ve likely already gotten rid of it to make room for new inventory. 🫡
Employee Jessica at the entrance was kind and welcoming. Love this place. I felt safe with Marvin’s presence and exited to shop!
