Guardian Roofs

We had an excellent experience with Guardian Roofs. Mark, the sales rep, was outstanding. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and very thorough in his assessment of our 30+ year old clay tile roof. Diana and the office staff were friendly and professional. Scheduling the project and the City permitting process went smoothly and expeditiously. I can't say enough about the crew that worked on the roof. They were hard working, knew exactly what to do, and did an outstanding job. They truly cared about their work, and it showed. Even the owner's son, Justin, stopped by to check on the progress. Thanks again to Luis, Joseph, "Pancho", and everyone involved who made this possible. Getting a new roof is a big deal, filled with many uncertainties, but I would not hesitate to recommend Guardian Roofs. They made the process stress free and the results were superb.

I needed a new roof and Mario did the estimate for Guardian. He was the most thorough and provided a full explanation and description of the job. He managed the project and kept me informed. His crew was awesome. Friendly and accommodating and went the extra mile. I had some hidden damage to the underlying wood and they showed me exactly what they found. The crew cleaned up at the end of each day. The roof looks great and I am totally satisfied

After our house was fumigated I wanted a roof inspection done so that we would have peace of mind that the fumigation company did not damage our new roof. I asked Mario if he could provide a roof inspection for us and he arrived the next morning to do the inspection. He confirmed there was no damage from the tenting. Mario is awesome!!

The process to get an appointment made and the quickness of a tech to come out was good. Dan is a nice guy, but once he did the consultation, after waiting for over a week for a quote and not hearing back, I decided to email him to ask him for the quote and have received no response. Not a good first impression if you aren't going to send the quote to the customer. I guess we will not be considering Guardian Roofs for our repair needs. Update: After posting this review, I received a phone call from Dan on 12/22/25. Unfortunately, the call was deeply unprofessional. After nearly two weeks with no communication regarding my quote, the only response I received was a call following the review being posted. During the call, Dan was confrontational, attempted to guilt-trip me for leaving a review, and offered multiple excuses for the delay. The tone of the conversation was hostile, and I ultimately had to end the call. I understand that delays happen, but basic professionalism and communication go a long way. A simple courtesy call or email acknowledging the delay would have been sufficient. **Guardian Roofs, please ensure your technicians maintain professional communication with customers, and please refrain from contacting our business again. The call was not appreciated.
