Excellent service from start to finish! From my initial contact with Liz at QAT to reserve the bus, through the clear and timely correspondence confirming each step of our itinerary, everything was handled seamlessly. Our bus driver arrived on time, was professional, and very accommodating throughout our company event. The entire trip ran smoothly, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Really bad driver.... we were traveling in Richmond area, during traffic time, and one of this company buses was few cars behind us and decided to go around us and cut us all off...and didn't care. Funny thing was, we were all stuck in traffic. Not sure if the bus was occupied but if it was, t would of caused an accident. This travel company better check thier drivers and make sure they drive safely ,for everyone. Of i could give them no stars for how they drive, I would. I looked up to see, if I could call to complain about the bus driver but there was no: " how's my driving" number of bus number.. but I did get a few pictures of the bus and license plate.

I have the pleasure of using Quality Assurance shuttle for my company's daily commute. Their customer service is exceptional. For example, when I was running late one morning, the driver, Blanca, was very understanding and waited for me without any complaints. I especially want to give a shout-out to Ronnie. Not only was Ronnie a safe and professional driver, but he also made the commute more enjoyable with his friendly conversation and insightful local knowledge. As a newcomer to California, I particularly appreciated Ronnie's recommendations for places to visit. I highly recommend Quality Assurance shuttle and their team of excellent drivers, especially Ronnie, for anyone needing reliable and friendly transportation.

Five stars hands down. They are the greatest to work with. Liz is so helpful everytime I have to make a reservation, answering all my questions thoroughly and promptly. I never hit the answering machine which is so nice To get quick responses. The drivers have always been so nice (we’ve had 2). One driver had to drive around about 30 kids under 8 years old and he was such a trooper. Understanding the potty breaks especially! (We’ve learned our lessons and upgraded to the bus with bathrooms!) Our bus arrived early and dropped us off where we needed to be without a hiccup. We got exactly what we needed and was able to take away any worries we’d have with driving to the concert at shoreline. No parking issues or traffic or of course having a DD.

Super good service I rented the sprinter limo for my daughters quince and she loved it the driver Blanca was super nice and rolled out a red carpet for her everytime she got on or off. The booking process was really smooth and Liz was very helpful answering all my questions and concerns. Thank you for making my daughters day special
