uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

The customer service representative was very courteous, friendly & really took his time to explain the process. He patiently answered any questions I had. I felt confident that my iPhone repair was a priority to them, even though they had many others to handle. My iPhone 14, turned out only needed a new battery. I highly recommend them to anyone that has any electronics that need maintenance &/or repairs. I had my iPhone back that same afternoon and it worked perfectly, if not better.

Thank you so much for your services—bringing all kinds of people together in the same place. I heard a lot of good things about you but now I've been through a great experience as a customer with your shop. I highly recommend this store when you have any problems with your device. Thank you for your service

Excellent. They got here right on time. In fact, a little early they contacted me first to make sure that was okay. Super professional when they got here they fixed the cracked screen. Restored the phone within like 20 minutes. They did it outside and they're fully equipped. Van, we're very professional. It was wonderful and awesome and done quickly

Z Fold 6 phone inner screen was separating from the phone at the crease/fold. What I originally thought would cost at least $500 costed $26. Customer service was exceptional. Same day service and phone looks like new. Great place that I had never heard about previously.

I’m definitely a forever customer now. Brian gave me 5-Star service for sure. I was in on Friday and out by Monday and the cost was very wallet-friendly! My laptop is my life, so I’m certainly happy I came here!

This place is on Ingram at Herndon just in front of Walmart. I was told by my carrier that my phone was unrepairable, then he sold me an over $300.00 phone. After hearing good things about ubreakifix I decided to take it by them and they fixed it. while I waited (15 minutes). They were very professional, explained what they did in layman's terms and they are exceptionally reasonable. I won't hesitate to take any of my electronics to them or they will come to you. I suggest you run your electronics by them before going anywhere else and avoid the misfortune I had.

Joseph helped me get my iPhone 15 pro max all fixed all fixed for me. Fixed it quickly, and very great customer service!! Will recommend and come back again! Thanks a lot!
