It was awesome service all around. We met with security who asked what we needed right and pointed us in the right direction. While looking for charge cable gentleman got us what we needed right away and then pointed us our next 2 stops. While at the headphone area one person asked if we needed help and we asked about the Shokz and he help us find them. We then decided to very over ear headset while looking Bree help us with open box info and connectivity questions. We made our choice and she then help us with a speedy professional checkout! Best Buy always treats us nice weather in Sioux Falls, SD or here in Fresno, CA (Amazing store front also!)

Great experience! Found a laptop online for a good price ($270 after sales tax!), just needed a basic computer that worked. I checked if they had it in stock, and they actually did when I came there. A man in the electronic section was very helpful. No annoying attempts to upsell. I was literally was in and out in like 15 minutes. I think the big box stores could learn a thing or two from this place.

Had a really positive experience at this Best Buy. I made a purchase for about $121 and paid mostly with $1 coins, along with some $2 bills. I knew it was an unusual payment and that the coins would need to be counted individually, but the cashier was incredibly patient and friendly about it. She called over a manager, who was also very nice and helped her count everything. Neither of them made me feel like I was inconveniencing them, even though it obviously took a little extra time. They simply said money is money, counted it carefully, and treated me with great customer service throughout the transaction. I really appreciated their attitude and patience. Experiences like this deserve recognition. Thank you!

The Fresno location seems to be terrible in their logistics of getting stocked items like video games because a lot of my preorders for store pickup do not get fulfilled even though I preorder way in advance. Once the release date passes after a week the order gets cancelled even though I preordered a while ago. I've had to make another order for the item which comes available right away and my preorder takes so long to fulfill. Sometimes the order becomes sold out and unavailable to order so I am unable to get item even though I preordered in advance. The preorders from Clovis location have consistently been fulfilled on time. If you are going to preorder video games especially special edition, collector's edition, or limited copies, I think it's best to order from multiple stores since Fresno location has been inconsistent in fulfilling preorders.

Get the warranty the geek squad foxes it or sends it in for you. It is so worth it yearly price. Buy your unlocked phones with their warranty is cheaper than any carrier warranty with no extra charges. In north carolina they have a best buy outlet store. 50 percent and 75 percent off everything!!! If ya didnt know .. know ya know 😏 😉 😎. Best customer service is at best buy..!!
