It was my first time buying, and was super impressed! The communication about your order, and its delivery status is next level. And the arrangement turned out gorgeous, I actually thought they were nicer than the pics online. The complete opposite of what usually happens with flower shops, this is commendable! 10/10, highly recommend. Definitely will continue to be a choice for my flower gift needs in the future. 💯👌🏾

I really believed the good reputation of this flower shop by looking at the reviews. I placed an online order for a flowers Large "Miss Dior" option showed in the picture full of roses. In the picture they have if full large one with roses, and the one I received have few roses with full backgrounding other flowers. It also doesn't match the visual sizes. When it came out, it was such a disappointment as I have to gave it to my wife for the newborn baby we just have. Of course she loved it as she didn't know what it should really be, but it looks much less for the higher price I paid. In one word I'd say they screwed me and that's a scammer behavior not an ethical business. Please avoid from this shop and have your order somewhere else.

flowers are absolutely stunning!! and the customer service is excellent! i didn't realize that the flowers i ordered didn't come w/ a vase and because of the pix that they send you before they deliver it i was able to rectify the situation before it got delivered to the funeral home....the salesperson and delivery person were very helpful in fixing my snafu....

Simply breathtaking. The flower arrangement was gorgeous. I love that the shop texted a picture of the arrangement before it left the shop for delivery.
