Lowe's Home Improvement

Bought this microwave from this Lowe’s in December right before Christmas, finally had time to put it in about 2 weeks later for it to work once then stop working. Contacted Lowe’s and they only have 48 hour return window! Told by them I had to go through Samsung Warranty, and then had to wait another 2-3 weeks for someone to come out only to not be able to fix it and have to order more parts and wait another week for someone to come back. This is completely unacceptable for a BRAND NEW APPLIANCE! I WILL NOT BE PURCHASING ANYMORE APPLIANCES AFTER THIS DISASTER! Be ware! Update 2/7 they finally found and fixed the part needing replaced but put it back up crooked and bent. I’m so disgusted with this entire experience. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE THROUGH LOWES OR SAMSUNG EVER AGAIN!

Lowe's is my go-to home improvement store because their prices are always affordable and competitive. One of the features I appreciate most is the online order pickup option, which saves me a lot of time. It's convenient to place an order ahead of time and have everything ready when I arrive. The combination of good prices, convenience, and a wide selection of products keeps me coming back.

Their succulents are nice and I usually buy some whenever I go visit. A variety of Klein tools for sale as well.

My mother and I had to run some of my errands today and she always loves to come to the plants area. She loves your writing of plant options. You guys always have soon. I will come to get me some vegetable plants for my garden. Thank you.

Michael Nunez should be employee of the month. Great customer service. Lowe’s has my business thanks to him.

Giving Crystal in plumbing dept at Lowe's in Modesto 10+ stars. She was extremely helpful. She pointed out I was purchasing the incorrect facets for my vanity and followed up with other other helpful hints. She is fantastic and committed to customer service.

Got kalanchoe plant in clearance section for $3. I was able to propagate it to 8 healthy plants 🥰🥰🥰. Love their plants clearance rack!!!
