Came in here to look at strollers and felt completely dismissed because we are not pregnant yet. We are planners and like to get into the shopping for our potential baby before the 9mo clock starts, because we have a dog that needs to be trained with the stroller, as well. They wouldn’t even explain any of the strollers and instead kept insisting to take our contact info to send us marketing emails for events. They said come back when we are in the 1-2 trimester. Judging from the other reviews now… I’m not even sure that’s enough time given people haven’t received their strollers in over two months with back orders. They did just let us look at the strollers by ourselves and our dog which was nice. But the decision was up to us to figure out what stroller was best for ourselves. They didn’t help much. Just went to stand at the cash register with another employee to chat amongst themselves. We may give it one more go but I doubt we would make a purchase from here.

Johanna was super helpful in giving us a stroller and car seat masterclass on a Sunday afternoon. Thank you! They were also super busy with tons of couples and they provide a personalised walk-through. Nuna prices were the same in store as Nuna’s online shop, which I appreciated. I do prefer to support a small local business, and when pricing is similar or the same it makes it a no-brainer. I walked away with a BBHugMe pillow which I’m excited to try!

I truly can’t express how grateful I am that you were able to make this happen. Even though the model (Nina Travel System) was out of stock across the entire country, you still found a way to get both the stroller and the car seat delivered overnight from Los Angeles to Sunnyvale. That’s incredible. You all went above and beyond and gave it your absolute best, and it really shows. Thank you, Jackson , Sean and Alex for your kindness, effort, and dedication.

Terrible customer service. Aldea Home & Baby should be embarrassed by how they treated us. We ordered a stroller and Nuna Pipa Aire car seat because we wanted to support a small business. Instead, we got 1.5 months of delays, disorganization, rude treatment, and no reliable timeline for the one item required to discharge a newborn from the hospital. I am currently admitted to the hospital for six weeks with a high-risk pregnancy, and my husband has had to deal with their confusion and attitude while we prepare for our baby under extremely stressful circumstances. After waiting far too long, we asked for a refund so we could buy a car seat elsewhere in time. They refused, then suddenly claimed it was ready and tried to push it on us anyway. This store is disorganized, rude, and completely lacking accountability. No one should have to chase a baby store for the one safety item required to bring their newborn home. The least they could do is honor the refund but they can’t even do that. Seems like this is a common experience if you look at their Yelp and Google reviews.

Atrocious customer service. I made an online diaper bag order in May for my newborn and selected home shipping but mobile website defaulted the order to the Seattle (HQ) store for in-person pick up. Apparently this has happened to many others. I've called them 5 times and emailed 5 times; they still have the bag and my money. As a new parent this is not what I should have to spend time on; they haven't been responsive or made it right. Save yourself grief and shop anywhere else.

Met the owner, Johanna, and she walked us through all the different types of premier strollers there are and their purpose. Showed us what pieces are compatible and what crosses over. They even have a mini catalog they've made to do a comparison. It is a lifesaver!!! Highly recommend for new parents. They have UPPAbaby, Nuna, Bugaboo, Stokke, and so much more. Also lots of fun gifts that are not baby focused as well.

Very disappointing experience. The staff was hostile and they took no accountability for problem with the product. This is my first review that I have ever submitted, because I feel that people should be warned to avoid this store. They send a defective product and most stores will address the issue, but this store refused to even discuss the concern.
