They have a great variety of pet products, from food and toys to supplies for different types of pets. Even if you’re not shopping for something specific, it’s fun to walk around and look at the birds, lizards, and fish—it almost feels like a little mini zoo and makes the visit enjoyable. The store was clean and well organized, and the cashier was especially kind and welcoming, greeting me with a big smile. Little touches like that really make a difference.

This is our first time being responsible dog owners and have decided to make this our home location for training and grooming. Everyone is so friendly and the store flows with pawsitive energy. Daisy loves it.

My big giant Bernice Mountain Dhall got groomed by Jun. He was amazing with my dog paid special attention to every detail of my dog and I really appreciate that. I don’t trust my dog with anyone but Jun did an amazing job. Usually, my dog overpowers handlers, but Jun knew exactly how to handle him. I highly recommend the pet dog grooming services offered here.

Friendly staff, clean store and overall a great environment

My family and me got great customers’ service from the Store manager Fernando and his assistant manager Luis. They are very knowledgeable about the pets and the exotics animals they have , and they are extremely knowledgeable about how to care for them too. My Milo loves going to see his favorite Vet, Dr Maryanne Tamayen. He just had the usual nail trim and glands done so didn't see her but got to hang out with the other techs in the back..... thanks Chandler for taking care of us from check-in to check out. Appreciate you all at Vetco Signal Hill (we miss seeing our usual crew from Long Beach store on PCH) ...thanks Dr Maryanne and Staff , you all ROCK!!

A quick note to state how appreciative we are for the staff at this Petco location. We don't just go in for crickets, but this has been our need as of late with our daughter getting a frog. The past few weeks there has been a shortage of small crickets, but twice the staff have found solutions. The first time, Jarrod helped us with a discounted tub of crickets, and most recently, Bob (manager) spent time sifting through medium crickets to find as many small options as possible - which was a chore and not something he needed to do. These staff members know how to bring happiness to customers, where it seems disappointment might be the initial result. They care. And that is appreciated. Thank you!
