Country Kennels and Dawg Waterpark

I have been wanting to come to this place for awhile now. I finally got the opportunity to come when a friend of mind had a doggie pool party. The pool was very nice and I loved how the pool had a entry where the dogs could gradually enter into the pool to get used to the water. I wasn't sure if my dog would take to the water well but absolutely loved the experience. When he was tired out he sat in the pool and enjoyed the experience. I would definitely come back again.i just wish it was closer to my house.

Best place we've found to board your animal. Kind, caring staff. Many boarding options, with temperature control. Big play area for dogs, even a waterpark. Safe and secure.

It’s hard to leave a review since I couldn’t go into the Dog pool area. I looked on the website and nothing said I needed to bring my vaccination records. I guess maybe I should’ve just assumed that. I spent 30 minutes waiting line and registering my dogs before they told me I needed vaccination records. My dogs are vaccinated. I do not have the records with me. However, it’s pure stupidity for me to waste 30 minutes, registering without the employee asking that question. It’s 2 o’clock here. My vet is on the East Coast so they close now, so there’s no way they could call to get the vaccination records because I stood there for half an hour in line and then to register. Seems like a decent place, but I just wanted to bring my dogs there because it’s 103° today. Why wouldn’t you put on the website you have to bring your vaccinations?

My dogs had a great time today. The pool is deep enough for real swimming in one area but has little "beaches" for splashing around and playing. There’s a dock for jumping off. Two tunnel areas. Plenty of grass to run around. A hose for spraying off or filling a water bowl. Trees and a shaded area with chairs. There’s also a dog wash that accepts cash or card. Bathrooms and vending machine. Affordable prices. I would recommend it. 😁

I'm pretty sure this is one of the better dog parks with the freshwater swimming pool. There are two grassy areas to also play with your furry family. Chris is very helpful and because of her I purchased 10 pass for the water park for both my black labs.. I've been there five times. Total is usually not too busy but I haven't been there during the summer yet.. the times I went there were anywhere from 3 to 7 other dogs.. you know that you don't really need to worry about diseases because in order to take your pets there they need to be updated and all their vaccinations.. The pricing, however, if you have more than one dog starts to get spendy. Especially if we're only there for an hour or two.. for two dogs I spend $30.. but well worth it since some of the local lakes do not have areas swim in or uncertain about the water quality and with your throwing your balls or toys and the water and they drink anything you might be worried.

I took a client's dog to Country Kennels for daycare. They love to have him socialize. It was my first time there and I will be taking my own dog back for swim sessions and Grooming. What a really nice place! Prices are affordable. A heads up that you need a bordetella shot every 6 months to use their facilities. One of the very few places that will also take unspayed female dogs 4 boarding. I was a bit thrown off by the location. Washington is the main street through old town Murrieta. I didn't realize it doesn't go all the way through to the kennel. Make sure you check your GPS and follow its directions.
