Heavenly Pet Resort

My golden Grace is my service dog. But there are times when it's best not to take her with me. I'm so happy with Upland Heavenly Pet Resort. She has the opportunity to play with other dogs in yappy hour. And they are very careful pairing the dogs that go well together. Grace loves this place and so does her owners. With the boarding she gets out of her suite 3 times a day plus you can add on other fun things. If your looking for a second home for your dog or cat rest assure they will get alot of loving here. ❤️

Pua had an amazing stay. You can genuinely see it in her photos—she looked happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. She even came home a little more grown and completely knocked out, which tells me she got the attention and activity she needed. Having owned a large-scale daycare and boarding facility myself, I’m usually pretty cautious since I know how things can go behind the scenes. But this experience really stood out. Even though she had individual time, it was clear she received true one-on-one care just like they promised. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and professional, and the pricing was very reasonable. They even managed to fit us in last minute, which I really appreciated. Pua will absolutely be back anytime we have a trip planned.

My animals go to Heavenly, ALWAYS! Heavenly Pet Resort Upland is DEPENDABLE, CARING, PROFESSIONAL, CARING, KNOWLEDGEABLE, n did I mention CARING? I have used almost all services. No need to worry about your baby on meds….they are RESPONSIBLE with that service too! They CAREFULLY "read" your baby n make sure to place her/him in the correct play time. Another GREAT benefit….. you can ENJOY your time WORRY FREE!!!

Our pups LOVE coming here! When we go on vacation we are always so nervous to leave our fur babies but they are also SO happy when we arrive to Heavenly. Everyone working there is delightful and I love that they post pictures to their social so we can see all the fun that our fur babies are having.

We felt very comfortable leaving our dog here for his first stay. Loved seeing pictures of him on Instagram during his stay. I’ll definitely be back and refer my traveling clients here as well!

My 2 senior cats are always very well cared for here. They always share a condo to keep each other company and when they’ve needed to be administered medicine in past stays, the staff is very good about making sure it’s done at the appropriate times. Thank you Heavenly Pet staff!

It is so nice to have a place that is safe and fun for my dog when I am at work or out of town. I never have to worry or feel guilty when I drop off my Ruby. She always has the best time!!!!
