Heavenly Pet Resort

Everything was great for our cat, he was able to get a window section and three tiers so more room to play/move. I liked that we got to also see and pick up where our cat stayed over. We had one question was unanswered via text so we asked in person. Overall people are friendly and my pet seemed to be ok and not anxious versus when we picked him up at another pet hotel Petsmart.

I would definitely leave my dogs with them again; it is a safe and clean place, and the staff are very friendly. I left Luna and Diamante there for 15 days, knowing they would be in good hands. Thank you for looking after my dogs with such care.

This was our first time leaving our Mookie at any boarding place, and it was amazing. They made our family feel so comfortable leaving him. They up loaded pics and videos of him during his stay which made our day. The staff were super friendly and very understanding that this was our first experience and made sure to make it a great one. We would definitely recommend this location to anyone that wants that wonderful experience.

Great people and great service! Always a great experience for my pet , easy to book after you submit your vaccination records. Even have the option to get a bath before pick up!

We left our dog here for 14 days, and I couldn't be happier with the care he received. The staff treated him like family and kept him happy, comfortable, and well cared for during his entire stay. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing he was in such good hands. One of my favorite touches was that they groomed him before we picked him up, so he came home looking and feeling his best! It was clear that everyone genuinely cares about the animals they look after. I highly recommend this boarding facility to anyone looking for a safe, loving, and trustworthy place for their dog. Needed to board our dog Lucy close by while traveling and started with 3 days that turned in to 5. The staff at HPR was professional and accommodating when we called to add days. Seeing photos of our dog on their instagram site was comforting. Lucy needs medication for Addison deceased and they were on top of that. It’s never easy to leave your pet somewhere but Heavenly is a great well run boarding place. Highly recommend.
