I researched all the crematories that offer witness cremations. Caring Pet Crematory wasn't the most expensive, but they also weren't the cheapest. They were fair in pricing, and most importantly, they were the BEST in caring. I was able to send off my beautiful, sweet girl with the most respect, care, and love. There is no doubt I made the right decision of choosing Caring Pet Crematory to be my girl's last place of rest. Papa loves you Mila. Papa will wait for you and find you again. Caring Pet Crematory was exceptional. They were communicative and quick to schedule an appointment for our baby. We were putting her down on a Saturday and they made accommodations to take us in. Coming in we didn’t expect anything, but they asked if we’d like a private viewing. And they set up our baby girl so beautifully. The final moments of saying goodbye was very memorable. They were very thoughtful and the turn around time was fast. We had our baby back in our hands in a couple of days. I highly recommend Caring Pets.

There is no better choice in Sacramento when navigating the loss of your pet. Caring Pet treated me with such care, dignity and respect throughout the whole grieving process including checking in on me weeks after the cremation. I lost my best buddy so suddenly and Caring Pets was truly so kind and treated me like family on one of my worst days. We had to say goodbye to our beloved cat Gary on February 1, 2026. He was 13 years old and passed away from intestinal cancer. It was a very difficult time for us, and choosing the right crematory felt very important. Our hospital referred us to Caring Pet Crematory, and we did not regret this choice at all. We’re really grateful for the care and support we received. Isabella was very helpful and kind, she explained everything to us in a clear and gentle way, which made the whole process a little easier. We chose a private cremation, and also ordered a paw print and an urn. Everything turned out beautiful and was handled with care. It meant a lot to us to receive Gary back in such a respectful way. My wife and I lost our precious Little Boy. We had been to another facility years ago and they had gone out of business. After desperately searching, we received a recommendation from a competitor. So I reached out to Caring Pet Crematory and discussed services offered. I asked if it would be OK if I could come by and see the facility. When I arrived, I was amazed by the facility and absolutely delighted with the staff. They were very friendly and caring. So, we booked our appointment and returned on the set day for the procedure.We were treated with such amazing care and dignity. The attention to detail and care for our Little Boy was incredible. Each team member we encountered was exceptional and treated us like we were their only clients. The facility was extremely clean and welcoming. We were able to see the back area where the ovens were located and this was equally as impressive as the rest of the facility.
