Cool spot to find the latest pop culture toys, shirts, backpacks, stickers, socks, and so much more. Prices are a bit more than average but it's something you probably won't find in-store anywhere else other than the internet.

They always have random treasures from my childhood. I love going into the store, even when I'm not looking for anything in particular. You never know what you will find.

On 9/26/25 I went to box lunch and spent 153.00 and they gave me three coupons. My sister has an account with them so she has her own coupons. On 10/30/25 she went shopping there and I gave her my coupons since she was going and she might want to use it. When she checked out and gave her phone number to them and she has 6 coupons with her and they told her that her account only has 3 coupons she can use. She was fine with it, but then the Employee girl name Sam told her that those other three was not valid therefore they have to confiscate it. So they took it from her. My sister was fine with just using three, but the other three was mine. So why did they take it, if we are not allow to use why give it to us in the first place? Online it says max 10 per transaction. I called customer service, but they said I have to go back to the store and argue with them to get it back. I guess that is corporate for you. It's some stupid coupon but it's about ethical and professionalism and taking care of your customer. My question is if she cannot use the coupons, why take it away from her? Keep the three she used, but at least give her back the other three. If I am wrong, please educate me. My family and friends will no longer be going there. Very disappointing.

Boxlunch staff were so friendly and helpful, showed me new items of Brother Bear and helped me order online in my size. Love seeing all the Disney Brother Bear stuff in store!!

They have so many cool stuff here! My husband got me a Mulan Loungefly backpack! & I use it everyday its so stylish & cute I have gotten a few compliments about it too..

I love the store don't get me wrong and all the employees are wonderful except one man, a male brown dark hair manager wasted our time on purpose. I went to return an item but he denied it claiming we need the receipt and originial card (we left the receipt at home). it says directly on the reciept "if you lose or do not have proof of purchase/ reciept we are more than happy to exchange, return or gift card your item. so his excuses were bull. We go another day and its a lady manager, come to find out we didn't need the card or receipt at all and even she was confused on why he did that. Trust if i see him in person i will confront because i understand having a bad day and wanting to go home but do not waste my time.
