Lucky Strike Fresno

I hadn't been to this bowling alley in years, and I was pleasantly surprised. The facility was bright, clean, and had an upbeat atmosphere. I visited on a Thursday evening, and there was no league play happening, so there were plenty of lanes available. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd definitely come back.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great experience at Lucky Strike in Fresno! The bowling, atmosphere, and overall experience were awesome. A special shoutout to Kyle, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. He went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great time and provided excellent customer service with a positive attitude. Employees like Kyle make a big difference and are the reason customers want to come back. Give that man a raise! Thanks for making our visit so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back! Btw if you can’t catch Kyle employee Lucky, is the next man to go to, very friendly and helpful! Coming back daily with this type of service. Great day I got 300!!!

We had our annual christmas party there, they provided all the amenities including the food and bowling accessories that we needed for a wonderful party. This is our third year going there. And every time it has been spot on! Keep up the great work!

Came here last Sunday (July 5th) with a group of friends to celebrate my sister’s birthday. We came specifically for the "Family Unlimited" special, which clearly advertises unlimited bowling from 11 AM to 3 PM. However, nobody bothered to tell us there was a 2-hour cap until our 2 hours were completely up and they kicked us off the lane. Super frustrating and deceptive way to handle a promotion, especially during a birthday celebration.

The manager, Danielle and the lady helping us at the front desk was very very helpful. We were visiting here from Texas with our whole family and we messed up buying a Groupon for the wrong time. Both the manager and the associate was extremely helpful and accommodated us Absolutely excellent customer service And customer accommodation again thank you very much Danielle for helping us out
