Short wait, friendly office. The whole test is was given clear instructions of what to do and what I would/should experience. Made the testing environment much more comfortable. Highly recommend anyone in need!

I was new to hearing aids and wasn’t sure what to look for, but my research led me to Dr. Amit Gosalia at West Valley Hearing Center — and he was great. He did a full set of tests, explained everything clearly, and walked me through my audiogram in a way I could understand. I’d read that Real Ear Measurement is the "gold standard" for hearing aid fitting, and he does it every time. That reassured me that I’m getting the best possible hearing from my new aids. Dr. Gosalia answered my questions with patience, humor, and some great anecdotes. He helped me choose hearing aids that sound natural, work well in noisy places, and have the flexibility to handle future hearing changes — a real cost‑saver. He also suggested clear, custom ear molds that noticeably improved the quality of what I hear. The office staff are friendly and helpful. My four office appointments ran on time. Their parking lot is free. And I have peace of mind knowing I’ll get excellent routine follow‑ups and help with any questions or issues that come up over the life of my hearing aids.

I was extremely pleased with my first visit to the center. I went for an assessment. Dr. Montes provided it and so in a very person centered way. She listened to me and heard my preferences. She very clearly articulated the choices before me. I have absolute confidence that the choice that I made will be the right one. I am also confident that any support that I need after my hearing aid arrives will be provided well by this organization.

Today I had a checkup and hearing test with Dr. Jane Rosner. Three years ago I got my hearing aids here and every time I’m here it is a delightful and informative visit. I had not met Dr. Rosner and it was like visiting with an old friend. She was really informative about my specific condition. I highly, highly recommend this business. Everyone from the front office to the audiologists are excellent, caring and kind. I’m so glad I found them. They have been life changing for me.

I had a great experience at West Valley Hearing Center and highly recommend it. Dr. Gosalia was personable, patient, and very thorough. He clearly explained every step of the process, from the hearing test to the final diagnosis, which made me feel informed and comfortable throughout the appointment.

Dr Gosalia is an audiologist expert and has worked with Dr Cliff (very helpful YouTube Audiologist that explains procedures and does HA reviews) in promoting Real Ear Measurements. His exams are very thorough and pricing is very reasonable. I first met Dr Gosalia after I got frustrated with my original audiologist after multiple visits over a 2 year period trying to tune my HA. Dr Gosalia tuned them in my first visit and I have been happy with my HA ever since. I am now see him for a product upgrade with newer technology.

Everything about this place is great! My appointment was on time. The Dr. was so kind and helpful and explained my situation thoroughly. Unfortunately, for me, I do need hearing aids, not the outcome I really wanted, but it was what I expected. I will be returning to get fitted. The process is painless!
