By far, my favorite car wash always leaves my car super clean. They always have clean towels available to use to dry the vehicle.

Love this location! Staff is friendly and my car always comes out shiny and looking like new. Membership is convenient and not too pricey.

Unfortunately it’s so expensive, probably bc they want you to sign up for a monthly package. But on top of it being expensive, it left so many spots and didn’t touch the back of my truck. I will say they have some of the best vacuums though.

Great place getting my car wash here, great customer service, there’s a young man named Owen who is very helpful and takes you through the membership process very well. Love it!!!

My kids love going to the car wash with me. They enjoy the ducky projections that end up on our windshield. The staff is so friendly it’s all around a great experience!

Stopped in for the Silver package at $16 and mostly impressed. The exterior came out spotless — Triple Foam, ClearCoat Sealant, and Tire & Wheel Cleaner all did their job. Car looked sharp walking out. Only reason I’m not giving five stars is the vacuums — they’re just okay, nothing special. Expected a bit more suction for the price. But the wash itself? Solid deal for $16. Better than most places I’ve tried. Will probably be back.

Great value for the price. Got the $16 Silver and it covered everything — ClearCoat Sealant, Triple Foam Wax, Tire & Wheel Cleaner, Super Dry N Shine. Car came out looking clean and polished without breaking the bank. The vacuums are also seriously powerful — got every bit of dirt and debris out of the interior with no problem. Fast, easy, no hassle. For sixteen bucks, you’re getting way more than a basic wash. Will definitely be back.

It's a drive through brush system. The staff barely do more than minimum effort. I couldn't get a month membership without a credit card. There was a long long to get in, but it did move fairly quick. I still have bird poop, bug guts, and dirt all over my van. I've had better washes for less money than this place. So I'm hesitant to give them another shot.

If you have a truck it will 100% damage it at some point. Ripped my grill off, Manager still hasnt called me back 2 days later after saying he would and they just act like they have zero liability. Id give it 0 stars if i could.

Good if you use the membership to ensure unlimited clean wash for a reasonable price. Vacuums are a nice feature. Quick line if you can come by before work or on a weekday. + appreciate that this Pasadena location always gives air freshener and wet wipes!! Other fast5 don’t give them out as readily. — bad: machines are old, my car paint was scratched from the wash. Not a big deal for my daily beater but I wouldn’t bring a brand new car here. 3.5 stars. I don’t come here anymore due to location and wait times. Could be ok for others under certain conditions mentioned above.

Wanted to try a new car wash & I had the pleasure of having Noah assist me. He was very kind, efficient & knowledgeable of the different package options. He made my first time experience a great one. The facility seemed very clean & well kept. Decent wash. Will definitely return.

06/15/2026 Update Looks like the tire shine took the day off again. As shown in the photos, none of the tires received the advertised tire shine. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.

There are homeless people going through the trash cans here every 5–10 minutes and hustlers approaching customers trying to sell junk out of their backpacks, which makes the place messy and uncomfortable. The dryer on the car wash also doesn’t work. It doesn’t move or touch the car so vehicles leave still wet. They should fix the dryer and put locking lids or fencing around the trash cans so it doesn’t encourage homeless people to keep going through them.

The wash is a drive thru so I do not expect it to as clean as a hand car wash. The issue I have is that everytime I get the wash I but the 20 dollar was that includes tire shine. I never get tire shine and I need to go aak for tire shine to apply it. Imagine how many people pay for the tire shine and do not get it. That is false advertisement and may require a class action law suit. I had to purchase 4 tire shine because I got tired of letting them know that we are not getting the tire shine.

Fast intake, polite and helpful agent, great value for money! 19.99 basic wash itself will mostly do the job for regular monthly washes! It was super quick and the car came out squeaky clean!

I went in for the smog check since my tags were due and also since its came with a free basic wash I was treated well when I pulled up but my only issue was when the person who did my smog check came back to tell me that my gar failed I was like how he told me my aftermarket air intake system didn’t have the CARB sticker on it I told him where it was located on the intake clearly visible he was persistent was not there and told me go to this website to get your sticker, he brought up how the catalytic converter I have on the vehicle was not correct so it automatically failed me so I replied with really weird but ok, he explained all the carb numbers that fit my car but the one on the cat was not it, I brought up like if this is wrong how did I pass two years ago with this same cat and he gives me a smart response by saying well didnt check it good enough. I’m not upset at the services that received even after a failed smog check I’m more upset at the fact at the person dealing with my smog wasn’t as professional as the other people were when they were helping me.

The seats look a little better after the detail job and the carpets look great, but it wasn't worth the cost. There is dust in places there really shouldn't be after a "detail" job. It looks like they used the same towel for the whole thing and didn't buff out any smudges on the silver pieces. All the vents are dirty. The windows don't look like they cleaned them at all outside or in. I had an appointment for 9:15 and picked up my car at 2:30. Granted there were 2 cars ahead of me, you'd think that means they spent a couple hours on my car. It didn't look like it had that kind of attention at all. It looked like a rush job, with dirty rags used, oily film over everything, and the details were certainly overlooked. I'm happish with the carpet and seats, which were my primary concerns, but I'm pretty unhappy with everything else. There were things that weren't even touched, like the center console and the plastic areas above eye level.

Does it look like I even got the car wash yet? This is AFTER my service today. Before coming, I called and let the detail manager know I spilled coffee in the center and on my driver seat and hasn’t been a good day. He said no worries and we will take care of it. I got the "best wash" and a shampooing on my driver seat and side. The guy who took my keys asked if there’s anything specific I want them to focus on. I let him know the same thing about my coffee situation and he was very kind and told me quick story about how that just happened to him. I get my car back and the detail manager talks about my seat and ask me how the seat looks. I said it looks good and thanked him. Immediately sitting in my car, I looked down and see all the coffee in center and crap down the side of my seat, the exact same. I lift up my coasters and huge amount of coffee there. I just left. I didn’t have the energy or time to argue after the day I already had spilling my coffee. Disappointing after spending $50 and tipping. All for nothing. Can’t believe this is their "best"

I had a great experience at Red Carpet Car Wash! I originally went in for an oil change and decided to get a car wash afterward. The guys who did my oil change were helpful and professional. They walked me through every process! After that, a gentleman (Alex S.) who cleaned my car did an incredible job!! He cleaned all the cup holders, made my dash and screen spotless, and left everything looking polished and refreshed. He even took extra care with the tires and overall finish of the car. You can tell that he cares about customer satisfaction and take pride in his job. My car honestly looks and feels brand new inside and out. Thank you Alex!

Very disappointed with upholstery cleaning. I felt I was cheated by only doing a minimum . All the same stains are still showing. Will never go back. Do not recommend this place to anyone. I even left a 20 dollar tip which I regret tremendously. God don't like ugly.

The car wash property has been improving over the last 3 years and has gotten more efficient and quality has drastically improved. Great small business that has always provided great service and experience. Cheap car wash options that offer memberships and car wash books. They do towel drying which is a great plus. Vacuums have strong suction and the management there is involved and trained their employees well Great small business that I encourage everyone to support. 100% of the profits go to children if you buy the car scents which is extra credit. 5/5 all around

I really like this carwash! It's clean and the employees are pleasant. I would subscribe to a monthly plan but I never know when I will be in the area. I registered my vehicle to get a free wash every 5th or 6th wash. Once I reached my 5th wash I stopped getting updates on how many washes I need to earn a free wash! I've been two more times since my 5th wash and still hadn't received a txt about a free wash or any updates through txt. Idk if the employees failed to punch in my license plate number so that I got credit for a wash or if they discontinued the free wash every 5th carwash!

Be careful with your big car here. The windshield cleaning brush didn’t go up and pressed against my windshield and broke the wiper function and windshield. I filed a claim, hopefully they work it out. I’ll keep you posted on the outcome. Update: They refused my claim saying that there was already a possible chip on my window. My window was brand new with no chips or cracks. They don’t want to take responsibility for what there machine did which I saw with my own eyes. The letter I got said, "there was no findings in the assessment of their equipment," but I saw how it pressed against my windshield and cracked it. Be careful with these liars and the lack of accountability in their machines.

Amazing! Service was efficient and everyone was so nice! I used a coupon for a free car wash and that went super smoothly as well. I had a little bit of trouble finding the way in but I think I went the wrong way. The vaccums are decent and they even give you a cloth to clean your dashboard. Very nice place, I'd recommend going here if you need to clean your ride.

Super happy about this place, just found the $27 free car wash coupon. I AM THRILLED!! I am going today. I love how they give you that wet washcloth, it cleans real well. Also the vacuums pick up everything it needs to. Very happy with this car wash.

I recently paid $40 for your highest-tier Red Carpet service, but I am disappointed with the results. There are still noticeable dirt spots and marks on the vehicle that I was able to wipe off easily with a dry towel. Given the premium price, the quality of the work did not meet expectations.

Didn’t leave a 1 star cause the quick lube service tech is 5 star but the Car wash detailing is worse every time I go. Love going here for the Full service oil changes and I always upgrade but seems like the car wash detailing has been more about quantity than quality. Paid for a "platinum" the last 2 times and the results are garbage. This last time I had to go to a different car wash to have it washed properly.

This was my first time visiting this car wash, and unfortunately I was disappointed. I paid $58 for a premium wash, but there were still visible marks on the windshield, the floor mats were not fully cleaned, and the inside door panels still had dirt and marks on them. For the price, I expected much better attention to detail and a cleaner finish. Based on this experience, I’m not sure I would return.

Today I went in for an oil change, and on Sundays they usually have a special for $49.99 that includes a car wash. I’ve been going to this place for many years, but they recently changed the car wash from their "best wash" to a basic bargain wash. Now it only includes an exterior wash—no dusting, no interior wipe‑down, nothing extra. I was really disappointed because even though it’s a Sunday deal, my car takes synthetic oil, which costs about $120, not $49. So I’m basically paying full price for the oil change but only getting an express wash. They also vacuum the car, but it’s a very quick vacuum that doesn’t actually remove all the debris. Overall, it felt like an express wash instead of the full service I used to get.

Open at 7 AM and I was grateful for that! No lines, got my wash before the heat of the day and I dried and vacuumed too! I did the Express for $11 that is reasonable compared to other carwashes I want to recently. Check them out!

Been washing my cars here for a while friendly service . Cheap cleaners and scent clips . Only issue I have noticed is that some of the vacuums don't works too well.

I used to like the convenience but their brushes have scratched my clear coat and their employees ha e damaged my car with their brushes before going in the wash tunnel. They dont use brushes anymore but the damage is done. The company needs to figure out a way for the brushes to not scratch cars. May be get a different material instead of the plastic foam. These brushes retain dirt and it's only passed on to the car behind your as you drive through the tunnel. Id like them to fix this or im going to have to stop my 2 memberships 🙁

I just got a basic $8.00 wash, though the signage out front posts $6.00. The guys give it a spray and soft brush over before going thru the wash. There are a fcouple ways to pay at drive up machine, Card or cash. I paid with $10.00 cash nd the machine gave back change. An attendant helped me, The wash, Its ok it left a bit of dirt "drive thru' rollers n brushes, is why I dont pay for those "extras" they charge for, Wax, spit shine ect🤣 bring your own extras, I used my own wet n wax spray. After rolling thru the wash as I drove around to use the free! vacuums, and dry your own car area A big ass bird shit on my car, hoping thats GOOD LUCK🤣🤣. The vacuums are self serve n free with any pd wash. I had to open all my doors to (clean) and dry all of my door frames n jams, and the dirt still on my car before vacuuming, the vacuum suction was decent, but take a little wisk broom for your tight spots. The best thing about this place was all the guys ☆'s that work there, polite, helpful nd there was always someone in earshot to answer any questions, and they were constantly checking the vacuum pressure/ suction, which was great. They have a RR, it was clean, A plus, but needs a code, the attendants are close by, Conveniently placed receptacles for garbage nd blue cans for ♻️ recycling. Tip 💸your attendants, they are out in the elements serving you!!! It was my first time there, I would definitely go there again. I have been a member for over 4 years- but today I think I reached my limit… I once wrote that this place had great customer service; unfortunately I have seen that go downhill in the past year and today was pretty much the last drop! I went in and went through the drive thru. Waited almost 20 minutes. I have asked for the barcode on a paper so I can run through the other gates but was told it is against their policy because people will use it on other cars. I only have one car, and currently the barcode is on the inside of my car door because I don't want it on my windshield. When I went through, i received the second wash instead of wash #1. I did not go back through because I had to go pick up my son from work, however, when I got home, the bottom of the passenger side doors had waxy stains so I went all the way back. A young man named Eli said they would "power wash" the doors, but when I got to the entrance of the carwash, I was told the power wash was not working. I can out and the waxy film was still on my doors, so I parked on the side and asked for a manager. A young lady name Rosalina came out and said she would see what she could do but another one named Savannah said that no managers were available because they had already clocked out. I showed them what I was talking about and Savannah said that I just needed to get a "garrit" and park over there like everyone else does and wipe the car down. I told her that it was the car wash that should be doing that not me because it wasn't water, it was wax. She said that it wasn't wax that it must have been where I park because the sprays that come out in the carwash only come out on the left side. I had to bring my car back once because I had some soap film on my back window, but it was taken care of when I went through. Savannah said that if I didn't like it that there was one solution and that I could cancel my membership. She said there are lots of other car washes I could take my car to. I told her fine, but I wanted a card with a number to call to cancel. At this point Rosalina said that she had called her manager and he said to give me a number to call, but no one answered. Eli suddenly appeared, even though Savannah said he had already clocked out and had Jose on the line. Jose was very gracious and offered to give me some cards for free washes- I am not asking for freebies, I have a membership. What I was asking was for someone to acknowledge that there was a problem and there was something sprayed ony car and I wanted it off. Instead, I brought my car home and had to wash the side of my car to remove the waxy film because the employees of Surf thru would not deign to fix a problem for a long time customer. That's just too bad. As much as I like the little scent things and the dash wipes, I will take my business somewhere else because the things I have asked for as a paying customer are apparently not important enough to a bunch of teenagers running Surf Thru on First Street.

Surf Thru Express is easily one of my favorite car washes! I regularly use their locations down in South Orange County, so I was incredibly glad to see they have locations here in Visalia. My experience at this spot was fantastic. The wash itself was great and left my car looking perfect with absolutely no issues. What really stands out about Surf Thru is their consistency…the bathroom here was extremely clean, which matches the high standards I am used to seeing in South Orange County. I am so happy to see that they strictly enforce their cleanliness policy across different regions. Even though the facility was pretty busy when I went, everything moved smoothly. No complaints from me at all. Go check it out! 🙂

I purchased a car wash on July 2, and the receipt included a rain warranty valid for 4 days after the purchase date. Went by today, July 5th, because it rained last night. These young kids said it did not rain. Why would I lie for a car wash? They even asked, "Do you live in Visalia?" I decided to take my business elsewhere.

You’re better off washing your own car , what’s the point of paying extra fees for a deeper clean when it doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do? They were really busy this day since cops were arresting someone and weren’t able to help me. Also my mirror cover came off inside and they said they’d call me but they never did. If I would’ve known they wouldn’t call me back , I would’ve waited and not give them my info 😒 I don’t recommend coming here.

Surf thru express car wash is a great place to get your car washed. We have the monthly pass so we can go when it is convenient. Employees are friendly and helpful. You can choose your services. If you have time to vacuum and do a more detailed job there are plenty of vacuums to accommodate. If you are in a hurry, no problem, just drive thru and you are on your way.

I have been a member for right about one year. This is the go-to place in and out service vacuums work perfectly. Air works perfectly. If you need a regular dependable place, try this two thumbs up

I got ultimate hoping to have my car cleaned better than a regular wash, but my car came out just as dirty as it went in. Should have just washed it at home and saved myself 20 bucks. Vacuums were nice though, and the lady was really sweet.

I have complained multiple times that my car never gets rinsed off. Last night it was so bad I had to have the guys help me get it off after going through twice. You have made your time so short for the machine to clean it. It never does a good job anymore. Thinking of dropping the service. It’s not a good price if you have to go home and rinse off your car again something I have done many times. Last night was too many times…

Don’t wash your car here, they’ll crack your windshield, dent it, and avoid you at all cost once you file your claim. 😆 not only that your car will definitely still be dirty lol. Those pictures are from after the wash btw. Update: They denied my claim because they "seen prior damage" (which I didn’t have) I even heard a loud noise when it happened. Yet they won’t send me proof of the "prior damage".

Got a car wash and was completely dissatisfied, the top of my SUV was completely dirty, in fact it didn’t even get wet and the rest of my SUV barely got washed. I had to take wet rags to clean the top of my SUV to get the dirt off. Don’t waste your money here go somewhere else.

I have trouble reading due to a disability and I came to just get a car wash and they forced a contract on me or basically insinuated. I would not get my car wash even though I paid for a membership for the month. I have severe dyslexia when I’m put under pressure. I can’t read. I have to sit there and take my time which is super embarrassing. I’m pretty sure what they did was illegal our at least unethical and if you’re wondering how I’m doing this it’s talk to text. I literally have to have my phone. Read my text and I have to speak my text back. I’m not stupid. I just have a disability so I know not to sign a contract without knowing what I’m signing. Thank you for making me feel less than human. Plus, your car wash brushes are super abrasive left swirls on my brand new cars clearcoat, and the back of my car is never cleaned or dry for that matter. It’s considered an extreme learning ability from the ADA, the Americans With Disabilities Act and I’m pretty sure you have to honor my original contract and cant withhold services That were already paid foras a leverage to make me sign a paper

Save your money and avoid the Red-Carpet Car Wash at Shaw & Willow. Their "full-service" wash is a complete joke. My car was returned to me still dirty in multiple spots (see pictures). When I pointed this out to the guy at the front, he just said, "We don't do that," and walked away. Believe it or not, it actually got worse. Frustrated, I grabbed a used towel from another worker to clean the car myself. The front guy then came back, physically got the towel out of my hand, told me I had to pay for it, and walked away again. They don't do the job you pay for, and they have absolutely zero respect for customers. Go literally anywhere else. 0/5 stars.

Outstanding customer service! I brought my truck in for a car wash and vacuum at the Shaw and Willow location. Emma checked me in for my car wash, and was absolutely delightful! Not the typical customer service you might expect at a car wash! She’s a perfect example of customer service! 5 Stars all day long!

They do a great job every time!! Today one of my cars was a challenge!! Dog hair, dirt in every little spot that was annoying and unreachable.. but they did it!!! I usually don’t leave reviews because nothing is ever perfect, but this job was just sloppy and unacceptable. I got an inside vacuum as well as my window cleans and a light Towel dry I get into my car after it’s done there’s trash still in the center console. My windows weren’t even wiped down. There’s still water spots on them and my car is fully dripping from the back. Just spend your money elsewhere

Red carpet seriously needs to do something about the people they hired to work here they don’t give a damn about cleaning your car we pay so much for a car wash and then they are expected to get tipped but do such a horrible job at cleaning cars?! this isn’t my first time this isn’t my second time and it’s for sure not my third time I come here to give the benefit of the doubt but I will be canceling my membership. This is a joke. Someone at red carpet really needs to do something about their employees. I should not have left a tip horrible job
