After arriving the appointment, I completed a consultation form to select my preferred lash style and provide information about my eye history. Nicky then took the time to discuss my preferences, explain the lashes I selected, and compare different styles to help me make the choice. The entire process took about one to one and a half hours, and the results turned out exactly as I hoped. After a night’s sleep, the lashes looked even more natural this morning.
