The place looks great, much more modern and brighter than their previous place. My technician had high ratings so I chose her based on that. When I got there she was very friendly and knowledgeable and really helped me decide on what style would look good on me while keeping it natural looking like I requested. I love the way my lashes turned out and I’ve gotten compliments on them as well. The only thing I would say is that it wasn’t very relaxing or pain free. The music and the ambiance were relaxing, but my session not so much. The minute she started, my eyes already started burning. At times I felt like she was tugging on my lashes or even pulling them out. Because I’ve been to their previous place and had a different technician at that time I don’t recall being that uncomfortable. I didn’t even realize that I was clenching my jaw until after it was over. Don’t get me wrong, as I said, I love the results. That was just really different than the last time I had my lashes done. She does a great job and I would consider maybe going back to her. I’m not usually sensitive to discomfort and every review I’ve read says she’s gentle. Maybe I just had a bad experience but hopefully if I do go back it’ll be better

I had my first mink lash extension appointment with Mandy Lu this week. It was my first experience at Moon and I wasn't disappointed. Mandy did the best lashes I have ever had. I went to my brow technician the next day and she commented they were the best she had ever seen. I'll definitely be back and can't recommend Mandy Lu enough.

Best lash place! Been coming here for over 3 years, and have never been disappointed. I’ve tried other lash places in the past and have yet to find one that compares. My lashes stay on for soooo long and they’re able to withstand my vacations always (swimming in pool, ocean, etc) ! I always see Miya C, but have gotten other lash techs other times and the results are always great. Miya does a great job and takes her time to make sure your lashes are looking great and always makes your eyes comfortable. I always recommend to my friends because my lashes look great and stay looking great for weeks!! They are also able to accommodate using sensitive eyelash glue, since I have sensitive eyes and even sometimes eczema on my eyelids but the glue never makes my eyes swollen or bothers me.

For three decades I was encouraged ( at home) to save money, but for the past decade I realized how true it is " to put the oxigen mask on yourself first…." . Every other month I invest in myself by doing eyelashes, hair root touch up’s and hair cuts here. How convenient, all in one place! This is ME time and look forward to coming to this salon . Finally people compliment me now, more than before. I get friendly, professional services here, it’s literally a bliss. Quality products make a huge difference.

Amazing service!! It was my very first time getting lashes and I was nervous. Miki answered all my questions and made me feel very calm, guiding me through everything she was doing. Very clean and soothing environment with extremely great customer service.
