My technician was kind, professional, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the appointment. She listened to what I wanted and guided me toward a more natural look that fit me really well instead of just pushing the most dramatic option. One thing I especially appreciated was how relaxing the appointment felt. A lot of beauty appointments can sometimes feel overly personal with lots of questions, but she was friendly without being intrusive, which honestly allowed me to fully relax and enjoy the experience. The environment felt calm, comfortable, and professional. I also appreciate that they are open on Saturday, because I work Monday through Friday. Thank you!

I've been with Kimberly for many years. She's such a great lash stylist. I have great lash retention with her, no breakage at all. She's sweet, courteous and we love talking about the latest movies out 🙂 Front staff has always been helpful when scheduling or rescheduling appointments. Make sure you know Lash Lounge policy when joining, personally I think it's well worth the money of being a VIP member.

Bad lashes took my wife befor we went on vacation and the next day lashes started to fall. Never taking her there any more! Dont know why they give this spot star's for $200 and they fall next day.thats wrong I feel sorry for their clients. What a waste 🗑

I have been coming to The Lash Lounge for more than 3 years. My stylist is Kimberly, and she is the best! She knows my ladies better than I do, and talks me through the shedding and growth phases at the same time each year when I'm sure my ladies are all falling out. If you have good lashes but want Great lashes, try them out. I cannot recommend enough.
