Communication was outstanding. Aaron was professional, detailed oriented, thorough and friendly. I would use FCG floors & Blinds again and highly recommended.
We ordered our window coverings from David in the home decor department, and he was such a joy to work with! AND THEN Edgar our installer was amazing as well! what a joy to have old-fashioned Customer Service back again at least with those two. The lady at Lowes had given us the wrong blinds when we picked them up so he could install them. He drove all the way to Lowe's and picked up the right ones for us and they look absolutely great installed. He did such a great job. I will be requesting him for our next installation! Thank you, Edgar!
Aaron went above and beyond today. He was quick, efficient, and within a few hours I felt as if I had a new house. The blinds are stunning. He was also really professional in the way he conducted himself, and my pets loved him. I would definitely work with him again. I’m so thrilled I made this decision.
Henry was great. Unfortunately we had an issue this morning, but I already had the measurements for all the windows (we’re getting several quotes) so I gave them to him and he said that was all the information he needed and he would work up a quote by the end of the week. We really appreciated how flexible and understanding he was.
Adam is wonderful! Very thorough and efficient work at our home while installing our shutters. There was a snag with the delivery of supplies from Lowe’s, no fault of his, but he tracked down my order to get started immediately. Super clean, couldn’t even tell he was here. Gave a quick demo when he was done and everything works great. Highly recommend him and FCG Blinds and Floors!
Adam and Aaron did a wonderful job o. our new blinds! Very professional and meticulous! We highly recommend Lowe’s and Adam & Aaron
