Floor & Decor

I had such an amazing experience at Floor & Decor and truly cannot say enough positive things about the staff there. From the moment I walked in, employees were attentive, welcoming, and consistently checked in to see if I needed help. It’s rare these days to receive such outstanding customer service, and this store absolutely exceeded my expectations. I especially want to recognize Amani, who was incredibly patient, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. She took the time to help me coordinate different design options with my flooring selections, walked around the store with me matching items, scanned products, and even printed out a detailed item lists for me to take home. She made what could have been an overwhelming process feel easy and enjoyable. Every employee I encountered was friendly, attentive, and eager to help, which made the entire shopping experience so pleasant. Because of the exceptional service I received, this will absolutely be where I purchase the flooring and materials for my new kitchen project. Thank you to Amani and the entire team for such a wonderful experience!

I had an amazing experience at Floor & Decor thanks to Pete, the assistant manager. I’m currently doing a full remodel on my house, and honestly felt overwhelmed before coming in. Pete took the time to guide me through everything, answer all my questions, and help me get on the right track with my selections and planning. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me make the best decisions for my home. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Highly recommend asking for Pete if you visit!

"Had a fantastic experience here thanks to Fabian G. The selection is great, but the service is what stood out. Fabian was friendly, patient, and truly listened to our concerns. He went above and beyond by price matching our product to make sure we got the best deal. Ask for Fabian if you want someone who genuinely cares!"

Walking in this huge store was impressive with its extensive inventory! They have a large selection with a wide variety of flooring options to choose from. The employees are friendly and helpful and willing to answer questions. Free estimates are available to have a professional come to your home and take measurements along with contractor recommendations for installation. They also have financing available for those who would like to use their 0% interest option. We left the store with some flooring options that we are seriously considering.

Our project started at Floor and Decor where we picked out our tiles and signed up for their installation service. Their contractor is Cardoso Tile & Construction, Cardoso Construction impressed us from the moment we met them. Their entire crew was professional, caring and beyond clean. Every day when they left the job site was spotless and organize. They turned an awkward space in my bathroom into a beautiful walk in shower that is beyond our expectation. We highly recommend Cardoso Tile & Construction & Floor and Decor to anyone who wants quality at great price. Thank you, Brenda - Sierra Mountain Lodge
