Service Champions

Really nice employees, all were respectful and courteous. Craftsmanship is what was underwhelming. Insulation at furnace left hanging, brand new filter previously installed was removed during work and never replaced. Crew left scratch marks on door from doing work A/C unit piping not impressive, foamed gaps and called it good. Crew cleaned up after themselves -for the price I paid, I definitely expected a little more.

We were and are impressed with service champions professionalism. They were on time, reviewed the work to be done, did the work, and explained their work clearly. Prices were fair and in the end we feel we got great value from the new AC system we had j stalled. Very thorough and professional organization.

It's good to have a complimentary annual checkup service for VIP members. It's worth the member fee. The technician last year wanted to sell more services such as braker panel replacement. I didn't like it. But the technician this year was not pushy. He was friendly and informative.

Abraham was thorough and detailed in his assessment of my systems. He reviewed all pictures, and recommended improvements that I felt were beneficial to our needs. I will be using them in the future and will be asking for Abraham to return.

Nick Paul was excellent! He came to do maintenance on the furnace and the a/c. He showed me pictures and best of all explained about how they worked and what needed watching for the future checks. He was kind and funny and even loved our puppy...he did tell me about the MVP program and all of the other services offered. I signed up! He was professional and helpful.
