The Roof Masters

The Roof Masters and their crew did an excellent job on my brand new roof! They showed up on time, stayed late and cleaned up after every day of the project. They accommodated all my questions and concerns and made sure to take care of everything that I wanted! Gilbert, the Project Manager was very professional and helped me in every aspect of my roof project! Gilbert went out of his way to answer my phone calls after hours and to stop by my house to look at any questions and concerns I had about my roof. From the sales manager Mike, to Brianna and Angelica the office receptionist’s everyone was very responsive. I got quick responses every time I called The Roof Masters! I got six different quotes, from six different roofing companies before choosing The Roof Masters! The Roof Masters offered the best quality of service with the best warranty on workmanship and product material! Alfredo was the Forman along with his 2 workers Vincent and Anthony! They were Very professional and hard-working! I’m very pleased with the Quality of service and professionalism!! My new roof looks fantastic!

I just had Roof Masters replace my 50-year-old tile roof. What a professional company! My roof has multiple steep pitches and solar panels. Roof Masters office was able to work with my solar company’s panel removal and install schedule with no issues. Removing a 50- Year-old roof can be a messy job. Every afternoon before the crew left, they would pick up debris, sweep and blow. Brianna in the office and Chris, the supervisor would update me on every phase of the project. I would also like to give a shout out to the foreman, Santos. He addressed all my questions, concerns and was professional and a pleasure to work with. I got quotes from four different roofing companies, and Roof Masters’ pricing was very consistent with the market average. Joe, Carlsbad

The roof masters lived up to their name in professionalism and quality, yet somehow their pricing which was exceptionally reasonable. I got a brand new roof, which looks beautiful underneath and out, and got gutters to protect this home from some foundational damage. Their staff was extremely communicative, they told me everything I needed to do well in advance to prepare, had an extremely professional video that helped frame everything; the actual workers on the roof were polite and went above and beyond! They all wanted to help me bring in heavy packages and offered to help with various large items I was maneuvering. Hard working and fast. I hope I never need to deal with my roof again but if I do I know exactly who to call, thank you to all for your help!

The Roof Masters did an Excellent job renovating our 20 year old concrete tile roof. Their communication was prompt, clear and excellent. Their contract provided a clear scope of work that they were hired to do. Their crew was punctual, respectful and left a clean job site. They provided a higher level of underlayment than the other equivalent roofing quotes. I could not be happier with the finished roof. My family has a large 4 generation electrical contracting business in San Diego and I understand what it takes to provide quality work and customer service. The Roof Masters is an Excellent choice for your roofing needs!

The Roof Masters did such an incredible job on our new tile roof. We are new homeowners and spent extensive time getting different quotes trying to find the right company to go with for the project. Roof masters offer competitive pricing, professionalism, and excellent communication. They even came back a month or so after the job to help remove a satellite dish on the roof. Would recommend to all of our neighbors and anyone in need of roof work. Extremely satisfied!

My husband and I had recently purchased a home in the Poway area and have been working on our long list of projects to address. Our roof was very old and we decided to get it fixed proactively before any issues happen. I had 5 different roofing companies come to our for inspections and quotes. I am glad I chose The Roof Masters. They were very professional, communicative, and helpful throughout the whole process. The quote they provided was not only the most reasonable, but it also had the best warranty and materials. Our project manager was Chris and our project coordinator Brianna were both very helpful. I loved the attention to detail and reminders/information they provided to help us through this process. They even helped put me at ease by handling everything from start to finish because I ended up having to travel during the time they were here! Even though an issue did come up after the completion of the project, they made sure to address this quickly. Our new roof looks great and we are very happy knowing we can reach out anytime we need. I highly recommend this wonderful company!

I did a lot of research to ensure we picked the best company to replace our roof. Roof Masters Offered the best products, the best warranty, and a very fair price. Bill kept in contact with me and followed through with every question and request very quickly and efficiently. He was extremely helpful and kept us at ease at every step of the process. The hard-working team on the roof did an amazing job removing old shingles and placing beautiful new shingles. We were very impressed with the details even to the cleanup at the end. Thank you all at Roof Masters!
