I’m now only paying the SCE Base Service Charge and using about 0–1 kWh per month—such a huge savings compared to before. The system is working perfectly, and it feels great knowing I made such a smart long-term investment. Overall, I couldn’t be happier. Working with OC Solar has been the biggest blessing I could’ve asked for. Whenever I need anything, it gets taken care of smoothly and easily. This company has been stellar. Especially when it came to the installation. The 5 man team arrived at 7am and had everything staged and ready to go at 8am (Permitted construction start time). They replace my entire main panel and had my power restored by noon. More importantly, they worked with me on a special request to minimize external conduit. The photos speak for themselves. They ran flex and EMT through the garage walls and attic to result in nearly zero external conduit. Very impressive. They installed 14 high quality panels across 3 arrays, a main panel and a Tesla battery all in one day! They even thoroughly cleaned up after. I couldn't be happier. Thanks to the OC Solar installation team of Giovanni, Anthony, Anthony, Anthony, Mark. With 3 Anthonys on the team, how can you go wrong. The office and support team have also been very responsive, by pushing through permits and answering my questions. By the way, OC Solar was on the cheaper end of the 4 bids I received. Don't let the price fool you. It's a bargain.

I was really happy with the service I received from OC Solar. All of the staff from sales to installers to support were very professional and frequently communicated about the status of the project. They designed the system based on my usage patterns and predictions about annual solar production based on my roofline and location. They handled all of the paperwork with SCE and made the whole process very easy. They continued to communicate once the system was up and running and provided tips for how to configure the new Tesla battery system they installed and it is working great, so far I'm 98% off grid, which includes keeping my Tesla car charged up. Great experience overall, I highly recommend OC Solar!

Sara P. is an excellent customer service liaison. She is easy to reach and always quick to respond by text or email. We also appreciate that all our questions are tracked in the customer portal, which makes communication simple and organized. As our roof and solar project progressed, the experience continued to be smooth. Monika and Sara have both been incredible resources. Crystal, our project manager, did a great job staying on top of everything and was highly communicative and helpful throughout the installation process. Now that our project is near completion, we are very happy with OC Solar. Their pricing was competitive compared to other companies in Southern California and the service has been excellent. I had a great experience talking with Paul. He was just so nice, and honestly, solar can be really confusing. I wasn’t sure I fully understood the value I was getting or how everything worked, especially with existing solar on a home. Paul took the time to break everything down and explain it in a way that actually made sense. We talked about existing solar, leases versus ownership, solar panels, battery storage, and what all of it really means for a homeowner. I haven’t bought anything yet, but it was so refreshing to talk to someone who was genuinely helpful and focused on educating me, not just selling me something. If you’re in Orange County and trying to understand solar, I’d definitely recommend talking to Paul. He’s a real OC solar expert and was extremely helpful.
