I recently worked with Sara in Emerald Bay for the most breathtaking beachside baby shower. Her attention to detail and calm demeanor from beginning to end is what really sets her apart as an event planner. I hope we get to work together again soon. The event was amazing.

Working with Sara was amazing. I had a vision when I first started looking for someone to help plan my party, and I’m so glad I stumbled upon her! From our very first conversations, she understood what I was going for and brought it to life beautifully. Every option she shared with me was thoughtful and on-point—honestly, any one of them would have worked. What I appreciated most was not having to stress about the details. She took care of everything, so I didn’t have to. On the day of the party—when I would’ve normally been running around—everything ran smoothly because she orchestrated it all behind the scenes. I’d recommend hiring an event planner a thousand times over for your next party—and Sara is your girl. She was patient, listened, and helped create the perfect evening.

My wife and I used Table and Eve for our small beach wedding, and everything was perfect! The setup, which was so beautiful, exceeded our expectations — from the decor to the food to how nice and attentive the Table and Eve staff were. Also, the photographer was so incredible and sweet, and she took so many photos within the hour she was there. Table and Eve made our day so perfect, and working with them was the best decision we made in planning our wedding, especially because they were able to accommodate our less-than-30-day timeline. I would use them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them to anyone!

Table and Eve offers a great service! I used their proposal picnic package to propose to my girlfriend. Not only was the picnic itself set up very beautifully, but the customer service leading up to the picnic was awesome. Sara was very quick to answer my questions, and was really helpful with picking the best location. I would definitely recommend Table and Eve for a proposal, or even just a nice date on the beach. I recently rented picnic tables, benches, runners, chargers, umbrellas, pillows, and even a chalkboard from Table & Eve for a birthday party, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The quality of everything was fantastic — stylish, comfortable, and perfect for creating a cozy, inviting atmosphere. What really set Table & Eve apart was their flexible pick-up and return policy. Unlike most rental services that require you to return items the same day, Table & Eve allowed me to pick up the rentals and return them the next day. This made such a difference because it let my party go on as late as I wanted without any interruption or pressure to start cleaning up early. It was a stress-free experience that let me fully enjoy the celebration. I highly recommend Table & Eve to anyone planning an event. Their beautiful rentals combined with the convenient scheduling made my party effortless and memorable!

We are in town-Newport Coast from Scottsdale, AZ this past weekend and contacted Sara with Table and Eve for a birthday celebration for family and a friend. It was amazing! We were at Heisler Park and had our own area with all the details of the picnic paradise. We had them supply lunch for us and it was great! Everyone walking around us were in awe over the set-up and were taking pictures. It is as beautiful as it looks and we will definitely do this again with them.

Table and Eve did an amazing job for my daughters Cosmetology graduation!! Sarah was such a pleasure to work with from start to finish and provided all of my extra special request! Katie had everything set up beautifully and was a true pleasure to meet as we arrived! I would highly recommend Table and Eve at your next event, I will for sure!
