I called in to ask if they had balloon shine, more specific Mega Shine. Gentleman that answered my call was very helpful he gave me the price and informed me there was plenty. I came to Madera to do an event balloon decor. I’m so thankful they had the product available. Store is very neatly organized. Good prices.

I went to look for something "Green" to wear for a Saint Patrick 's party coming up for my nephew John's B-Day...They had so much green stuff I need to come back...And they have Easter costumes & other costumes up already. Employees were ready to ring you up...Friendly, and ready to help you. Store was Spotless Clean in every aisle & yet there was a older man still booming around.

Bought party supplies for my grand daughter's 1st. Birthday I wasn't sure how much helium I needed so I was told if you buy extra and its unopened I could bring it back for a full refund of that product.. True to their word no hassle return.. Thanks Party City

My balloon’s we’re done here a few hours ago ! came in for my moms Birthday Balloons just want to note they had the best customer service EVER ! since iv started coming here the girl and guy up front have been so informative and helpful ! made sure i was taken care of even under pressure , PS: my balloons looked great 👍🏾

Overcharged us for items that were supposed to be 50% off Employees are not helpful and if you ask any questions they act like you are bothering them

I always come here for my kids costumes and party supplies, but today was a terrible experience, a price tag was missing from an item we had to wait at least 5 minutes for someone to answer the radio of the cashier, and my husband end up going to get a similar item for her to ring us up, them an item that was mark on the shelf $24.99, they didn't want to owner the price, I didn't put the items there, it was already there and they didn't want to owner the price. According to retailers prices code, if you as retailers have the price in the shelf you have to owner the price. I will no go back there, bad customer service. Bad experience.
